If I could give zero stars, I would. We had two rooms with 3 adults and 5 kids, with two of them being under 2. We arrived at the hotel checked in and confirmed with the desk we had joining rooms. We went up and started to unpack when we realized the joining room was joined with us. We opened the door to a dirty room with things everywhere. We went downstairs and waited for them to find us a new room that was clean and joined. We repacked and moved rooms. The new rooms tv was hanging sideways, coffee spills on a uncleaned on the counter, receptacle covers missing off both bathroom internet hook ups, and rust on the tubs. We notified guest services and said they would send Someone up to fix the tv and clean. We left to go to see the lights while this occurred. When we arrived back we went to self park for which we paid $40 a night for, there was absolutely no parking in the garage. We drove around for an hour before being able to park. We left guest services know our frustration to which they told us they were having a Party. The next morning at 9:30am we left our room to which the hallways were littered with open alcohol containers. My 1.5 year old grabbed one and spilt all over her. We immediately went to guest services and they once again responded, “we had a party last night, they partied hard.” There was No, I’m sorry, no is she okay. Nothing. The hotel denied our complaint or request for a refund. This was a serious safety issue for our daughter. Nightmare,Never again.
