Beautiful property! In need of a few minor repairs or improvements (toilet, master bed, slow wi-fi, low water pressure). Should send instructions for stay the day before to ensure peace of mind for traveler. Communication with host hit or miss at times. Overall a pretty property in a nice location…just a few minor adjustments needed!

Space was wonderful! Comfortably housed 3 couples and 1 child for 4 days.Having the garage space was wonderful as it rained everyday of our visit and it meant both cars were able to stay safe and secure all night. We used the table for board games, all fit well on the huge couch to watch the World Cup games. Proximity to everything we wanted to do was amazing. We didn’t explore the neighborhood much due to the rain, but nothing was more than a 15 minute drive, and being right off the highway was so convenient.I wish we’d used the ping pong table more! Having a washer and dryer available was great, having it on the same floor as the bedrooms was even greater.Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a group in St. Louis. What we got for the price we paid seems almost like a miracle.Things went so smoothly the whole weekend, including check-in & out, that we didn’t have a need for additional communication with the hosts, but the basic information we needed was there exactly when we needed it!

Perfectly located within minutes of local restaurants and attractions. We visited the City Museum and the Arch along with other wonderful places. The house has a ping pong table in the basement that kept the kids busy for hours. Plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stayed. The property felt clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood area appeared safe, although we didn't do any walking. Some ambient noise from the nearby highway (nothing that bothered us) but was a quiet area otherwise. We considered many properties for our stay but choose this one because it was a newer home and offered a built-in enclosed garage. A lot of the other properties in this price range only offered street parking or outdoor car port which we weren't super comfortable with. Overall the property was very nice. We'd consider staying again.

Cardinals game

My wife and I met another couple in St. Louis to catch a Cardinals game. This turned out to be the perfect place to stay. It was convenient to everything. Less than a 10 minute drive to all the major attractions. It is also a very recent build, so everything was in great condition.
