There are a handful of restaurants and bars on the same block and a shaded street to get to and from them.

You have one reserved parking spot that you can access with a remote located inside the condo. Additional parking is on the street. Don't forget to keep in mind the street cleaning schedule to avoid getting a ticket.

The DeBaliviere Place neighborhood is quite diverse in its housing stock, ranging from beautiful single family homes to upscale renovated apartments and spacious condominiums. Shops and businesses line DeBaliviere, Belt, Clara and Delmar. The MetroLink light rail system stops on DeBaliviere and on nearby Delmar. The neighborhood is across the street from Forest Park, two blocks from Washington University, right next door to the popular Central West End, and close to the Delmar Loop.

If you leave with the gate remote there's a $200 charge. It's a special remote that is expensive and difficult to get reprogrammed.
A damage deposit of $250 will be held in your Credit card used to book via the Credit card hold method and the held amount will be with us for a period of 7 days which will start 4 days before your checkout. You will be charged for any damages done to the property with this held sum
