    The South City location offers convenient access to neighborhood dining, downtown St. Louis, Forest Park, and Tower Grove.

    Important notes and policies
    - This unit does not have on-site laundry facilities.
    - Dogs only: a $150 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or dog-policy violations may result in a $200 fine.
    - No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 cleaning fee.
    - Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.

    - Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
    - Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

    Late Check-Out
    Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
    Please contact us the day before departure to request a late check-out. Late check-out is subject to availability and the following fees:
    Up to 12:00 PM: $75 flat fee.
    After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.

    Unapproved Late Check-Out:
    Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.

Great space in a nice place

This spot was perfect for our weekend to St Louis. Clean, quiet, and all the amenities we needed. Close enough to everything we were there to do and see. Management was responsive to our needs.

St Louis stay

The property was in a good location and the furnishing were fine. It could use a good cleaning. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the grout in the bathroom needs cleaning. The bed in the bedroom was really nice and comfortable.

My partner and I stayed for two nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The host communicated well and the check in and checkout process was smooth and easy. There were a few things that could use improvement. There was dog hair all over the couch. The motion sensor trash can did not work nor did the ceiling fan in the bedroom. But, overall it was a good experience. We would stay again.
