“The hotel and room 10 star everything clean and good customer service at the reception , however the breakfast experience wasn’t good first of all breakfast is till 11 am and when you go down in the morning the waitress said it’s till 10:30 , you get there by 9:30 and there is nothing already very a few things , also they have a hard time looking for your name and if they don’t find it they make you feel like you are asking for something you didn’t pay, I had to show her the description ,...

“This chain hotel is really good with big rooms, good cleaning and in a convenient location just blocks away from everything. Breakfast is included and even though it’s kind of light you still get bagels with cream cheese and coffee/juice which is sufficient. We stayed in another hotel the first night which was terrible so we’d definitely stay at BW if we visit Long Beach again. Recommended!”
