Nestled in the heart of the #1 rated beach area in the U.S., this is one of the only boutique vacation complexes located ON THE BEACH! Experience relaxing beach life, steps from your door to the iconic white sands. Nearby, countless attractions await!

Dee, our Housekeeping & Guest Coordinator, will be on-site most days from 11am-1pm. I live locally in Tampa, and occasionally have the opportunity to visit with guests & assist with needs. Most mid-stay needs can be coordinated by Dee, during her hours on-site.

NOTE: We manage this unit and all our listings independently, to keep our rates low. Therefore, guests will only have access to OUR support (eg, no front desk, 24-hr concierge, etc).

Expect a vacationing-type atmosphere everywhere you explore in this beach neighborhood! From restaurants & shops to the powder white sands, you`ll be on `island time` from the moment you arrive.

-The Suncoast Trolley (part of Pinellas Co. Transit System, this city trolley has a stop just outside the condo)
-Free Beach Shuttle: There`s a shuttle service offered which runs up & down Gulf Blvd. They work solely on tips!
-Uber/Lyft, etc is prominent in this area, as well.

HOA Pet Policy!! There is a STRICT policy forbidding pets above 25 lbs. It`s a building-wide policy outside our control.

If the HOA, on-site management, or another unit owner observes a non-service animal on the premises over 25 lbs., we will be slapped with an HOA-imposed fine, and the guest will be asked to leave, forfeiting their reservation costs.

We welcome all service animals with open arms, in full support of ADA laws! Note: Service animals must have their harness on at all times, and provide credentialing paperwork prior to the reservation!
Pet Policy: the HOA allows two pets, up to 25 lbs. each. Any pet above 25 lbs. is strictly prohibited by the HOA on site- they reserve the right to ask guests who violate this rule to leave. The only exception are service animals with credentials. Please designate you`re bringing a pet with you, prior to your reservation. A one-time pet fee does apply.

NOTE: Although we welcome our guests` furry friends, most beaches in Florida-including ours- do NOT allow pets. Guests risk a $250 fine from Pinellas County if they`re caught with a pet on the beach.

Speaking of furry friends, we’d be remiss not to mention the possibility of encountering Florida’s unofficial state bird- the palmetto bug- during your stay. Yes, they are harmless, and no, they are not pleasant to see, especially for our friends from up north, who aren’t accustomed to seeing them like we do.

Despite regular pest control visits treating the inside and outside of our units to mitigate, the extreme summer heat and humidity brings these creatures out in droves. It is a literal impossibility to keep them out of units with 100% certainty. Please understand this and take into consideration, if you happen to see one or two during your stay. We’re a first floor building, built in the 1950’s. Despite $1M in building renovations in 2026, there’s always a chance of them sneaking in.

As such, we kindly request our guests to refrain from reporting us to Airbnb for an “infestation”, etc., when that is simply not the case.

Make sure your guest count is accurate! We use this to determine linens, ensure there’s enough materials for your stay, etc.

Early Check-in/Late Check out: Our housekeeping crew is mighty, but small. They typically take care of several units per day, and only have a 4-hour window to prep them. To ensure we meet the timelines promised for our guests, we aren’t able to accommodate early check-in/late check out.

If you need a blow-up mattress for an extra guest, please request one via Airbnb Messenger at least 24 hours prior to check-in!

Smoking is ONLY allowed in the designated smoking area, located at the side of the complex. NO smoking inside the unit- evidence of smoking will result in a $300 debit from your security deposit!
