We stayed here for a week and we would recommend it. The resort property is quiet and great for leisurely walks, but is a short drive to St Pete Beach for restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and as described in the listing. The beds and couches were comfy and the provided snacks and Keurig & pods were a nice touch. And the owners were very prompt in responding to questions before and during our stay. Overall, we would come back.

We had a wonderful stay! Mark and Karen were great with communication. They answered our questions right away and made check in and out super easy. The unit was clean and exactly what we expected. They even provided some small snacks for us to enjoy! Wonderful hosts! We will be back!

Great condo and location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Hosts were very helpful and got back to us quickly. The pool and hot tub were very nice and close to the condo. A few good restaurants and a nice coffee shop nearby.

Layout was great, everything was clean, and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. Location is ideal, perfectly situated between the beach and downtown. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!!

Pleasant, clean and comfortable

Place was very clean and decorated with a beach vibe. Spacious and comfortable. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Tampa St Petersburg area.

Great Condo & Hosts

My family was impressed with the condo. The hosts were always quick to respond, and they provided a pack ‘n’ play that we used as a crib - saving valuable trunk space. We would stay at this location again.

The location was the reason we picked this condo.. So close to beach, golf course, pool and airport. Everything was top notch! Wonderful property. Loved the fact that the owners left snacks, coffee and basic necessities. We were very comfortable. Communication was great, friendly atmosphere in the complex. I would love to stay again and would highly recommend!

Great area

This is a great neighborhood. My wife and I were able to get out and walk every morning. The scenery is awesome, and the folks we encountered were very friendly. The host was very accommodating, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. We would for sure stay here again.

Christmas get away

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and decorated nicely. There was a beautiful view of the golf course from the deck. The condo was very close to family in Tierra Verde which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again !!
