We were very impressed with the cleanliness and extras the host provided. We loved the beach themed artwork and decor. The view of the inlet from the balcony was a great way to watch the sunrise and relax during the day and at night. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There is a short walk to the beach (with chairs and umbrella provided!) and a swimming pool on the property. Communication with the host was prompt and appreciated.

It was a beautiful condo . Everything was so clean . It was furnished beautiful and the kitchen had everything that we needed. John and Heather are wonderful host. If there was any problems they handled everything and made accommodations for us. The view from our balcony was so beautiful . You wake up in the morning the sun was coming up over the Boga Saga Bay so peaceful and calm. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay. The Beach is across the street. The pool was so refreshing. If you stay here you will love it. I plan to book it again.

Thank you for bay sunrises and gulf sunsets; enough in-house and beach toys to keep the kids entertained, and a practically appointed kitchen.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our family of four with kids ages 6 and 7.The condo was clean, updated, and decorated with a cute beach vibe. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and other beach gear available.The location couldn’t have been better. The public beach access is super close, so it only took a couple minutes to walk to the beach, and we loved having the coffee shop downstairs. We were also able to walk to the boardwalk at John’s Pass, and several restaurants nearby. The harbor view from the balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed the sunrise every morning, then walked to the beach for sunset each night. We stayed over the 4th of July, and the fireworks were unbelievable! We could see them in every direction from the balcony, and it was the best Fourth of July fireworks show we’ve ever seen.We made so many great memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was perfect. The WIFI worked well & the location was in the center of everything in Madeira Beach. Couldnt ask for a better vacation accomodation.

Sometimes parking was a little bit of a problem. I think others park in the lot. Also in the description, it says you will get a code for the unit door after your final payment, but you don't get it until 24 hours out. That is fine but it should say that. I panicked thinking I didn't get the email. Luckily the owner responded pretty quickly. Nice stay and a nice unit.

We had a great time staying here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the amount of space. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything we needed. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the balcony and the view of the intercoastal. Close to the beach, restaurants, and John’s Pass. Would stay again.

Great location right across the street from the public beach. Amazing views of the bay and perfect pool area. Condo was very clean and had daily necessities. Host was also very responsive!
