The building was super nice and spacious, very cute stay. I am unsure if the house it is connected to is also a VRBO but the college boys who stayed there regularly blocked our allotted driveway, and lit fireworks on our car. A little weird but the proximity to strangers didn’t ruin our experience. It was a very nice space, would rent again.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more! The accommodation was exactly as pictured and was immaculately clean! The bed was comfortable and the linens were good quality. The host, Joel, was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We were in town for a Blue Jays game. TD Park was a 3 minute drive; we Ubered there (to get our bearings) and walked back after the game.If we are back in the area, I would definitely hope to stay here again.

Unit was clean & spacious & in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a convenient location between Clearwater Beach & Honeymoon Island. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Stayed two weeks. Host Joel responded quickly to messages. I recommend Summer Loft for solo & couple travelers.

I stayed for 7 days following my cruise. It was particularly convenient to have a washer and dryer available after my cruise. There were many little extras; laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, fully equipped kitchen area that made my stay more enjoyable, as well as the place was exceptionally clean. The access instructions were easy and Joel was available almost immediately if I had any questions. I was here visiting family and look forward to staying here many more times in the future. Great place!

Very convenient

The house itself was very cute! In a very convenient location from the beach and other activities. We had a couple things come up that we had to contact the owner about, but they were very timely and helpful with either getting someone there or getting us what we needed. We would definitely stay again!
