A fully furnished studio apartment is waiting for your arrival. Your comfort is our priority. A queen bed, and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for luggage storage.
The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional. A small portable workstation is provided. A futon cot is available upon request.

Your private, covered patio has two chairs and a small table. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Complimentary mangoes from our Mango tree are available in the late spring. Outside lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large, fenced backyard (separate patios, divided by a gate).
If traveling with a dog, please communicate prior to your arrival. Dogs stay free with a reservation of 28 days or longer. For stays less than 28 days, there is a daily dog fee. NO other HOST FEES are part of our listing. Laundry access is available for long term renters.
