Traffic was loud if you sit outside or by the pool.

An outside grill would be nice in case you wanted to grill accommodations were great.. beach view amazing close to everything

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. Weather wasn’t the greatest, but the pool was alway available if we wanted to use it. Perfect views of the sunset from the balcony. We would definitely return!

Fantastic condo and location

We have been enjoying this area for several years. This was our second year at this location. Condo has everything to meet your expectations! Location is a short walk across street to the beach. Close to restaurants and so many other activities! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

The property was very nice and very clean. Although it is on a busy street, there is a crosswalk that stops traffic to get over to the beach - the beach is literally across the street. Also you cannot hear the traffic noise inside the condo at all. The pool was clean and water was pleasantly warm. You can also walk to many decent restaurants/bars. Highly recommend!

Perfect

Perfect location, perfect cozy condo. I had all the instructions I needed prior to our very late arrival and our check in went smoothly. We had everything we needed for our stay. The condo overlooks the beach which is just across the street. We didn’t have to pay for beach parking since it was within walking distance. Close to Johns pass and minutes or a short drive to other beaches. Great location

Madeira Beach Stay

We stay in the area 4-5 times a year to visit family and friends and this was the best condo we have ever rented. We have been visiting the area since 2014 and have stayed in a lot of condos. This condo had it all, it was spacious, clean, close to the beach and bars/restaurants. It was also a short drive to Seminole to visit family. Cant wait to stay there again

Perfect layout and space for a relaxing stay

This is our second time back to this property. We love that it’s a quick walk to the public beach. The property isn’t on the water but you have a great view across the main drag. The property is well kept and has a great open layout for a family. Plenty of room and very clean.

Girls Birthday Celebration

Celebrating my daughters birthday with my daughter and granddaughter. This was a perfect spot for us - it was convenient to many shopping areas, restaurants and other activities. Loved the condo. One addition I hope you consider would be to upgrade the lighting in the dining area over the table. The lighting was vary bad for eating and for playing games, even reading the paper.

Listed accurately!

If you are sensitive to traffic noise, this will not be a good place for you at all!! Other than that, the condo was just as described and very clean! All updated and plenty of towels including beach towels which we appreciated since we flew in. Beautiful sunsets across the street on the beach. The street was safe with the crosswalk in front, but the traffic noise was constant and throughout the nights. Very loud!! Beach was great and we were usually the only ones at the pool. Pool is small but super clean! But again, at the pool it’s very loud with the traffic noise. Great condo and beach. We wouldn’t stay again only because of the traffic noise. Other than that it was an excellent place.

Beautiful place very clean and easy walking to endless restaurants bars and shopping!

We had such a good vacation in this condo. It was very clean and very spacious with all the amenities needed. he even provided a few beach chairs a few towels for the beach and an umbrella. It was walking distance to so many restaurants and bars and coffee shops and steps away from the beach. Great view of the sunset. Very nice pool!! Literally had zero complaints the entire time. Thank you for a beautiful vacation!

We loved the location! Right across the street from the beach access! This condo has everything you need even down to beach chair and umbrella. The check in process was the easiest I’ve ever had with a VRBO. The communication was great! They were on top of every email. I would definitely stay here again. Clean and exactly as pictured. Thank you from myself and my family for a wonderful vacation.

This was a very nice rental. I wonder if it was just remodeled because it was immaculate - one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Decorated nicely as well. Property managers were prompt with help as needed. Only downside is the traffic but that can’t be helped - especially in February ! We would absolutely stay there again !

Special little place!

We’ve never stayed in Madeira Beach until recently and WOW! What a great place and location! The condo is so warm and comfy after a great day at the beach. The beach is literally a 2-3min walk. Great for sunset walks and long beach days. The pool is right there, the condo is modern, all newly remodeled, and tons of extras! Smart TVs, WiFi, beach supplies, and more. The kids loved it! Easy to get to everything so quick. We definitely will make this a regular place to create memories. Well done by the management company and owners! Mark this as a fav ❤️!

Perfect family spot

This property had all we needed as a family to enjoy the beach! Beach chairs, towels, tubes, sand buckets and even a small cooler to take to the beach with us! It was great!! The outside of the building did not match the inside of our unit- the unit was modern and big enough for us with two bedrooms and bathrooms! The location was great; in between Clearwater Beach and Johns Pass. The area wasn’t too commercialized and is right across from a beautiful beach! The pool was clean and never busy while we were there-it was a nice break from the beach! The only issue we had was trying to reach the property manager while there. Fortunately the property manager just happened to be there when we couldn’t get into the unit because a wrong access code was provided. If he wasn’t there I am not sure what we would have done because we never got a response back from our voicemail, text or email. Otherwise, this is a place we would definitely consider staying at again!

Great size and well decorated.

We stayed with 2 adults and 4 teenagers and never felt crowded. The view is great and everything is well appointed and comfortable. The only changes I'd make is to upgrade the showerhead in the master so you can have a better shower and leave the pool open later! Also I wish I had known about the traffic noise! We didn't let it effect our trip but it was difficult to have conversations on the deck. I would return in a heartbeat because the biggest thing I would change is I wish we'd stayed a couple more days!
