On the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores, you can find your dream vacation condo in this amazing 3-bedroom/2 bathroom oceanview/oceanfront/gulf front condo. Situated just a 10-minute drive from the vibrant John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the area's top attractions, including the beautiful St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches, and downtown St. Pete.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, crockpot, microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker, Keurig, beverage refrigerator, and all the essential appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room, or step out onto the balcony that seats 8 and soak in the breathtaking ocean views and/or sunsets.

When it's time to relax, take a dip in the outdoor heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or simply lounge on the beach loungers with a good book. As of 11/13/2024, the pool and hot tub sustained hurricane damage and are not usable! Please be considerate of others vacationing in the building.
DON'T hang clothing/towels over the balcony railing. Take out garbage, run the dishwasher upon departing, and start a load of towels.
Please inventory the following: 8 wristbands ($20 per missing band, HOA fee) One key 6 beach chairs ($50 per missing chair)

The Condo was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The check in process was extremely stressful however. Although is was partially my fault... we spent 90 minutes in our car on the phone with VRBO trying to find out our unit number. I had the address and condo name so we were in the correct location, but there are so many different places to click for check in process and only one showed in fine print the actual condo number. The VRBO girl had an accent as did her supervisor that made them very hard to understand. Was on hold for nearly an hour before they came up with the unit number, which was the exact same time I finally found it on one of my many confirmations. The fact that they were taking so long had me very concerned we had been scammed and had no place to stay. So... rough start but in the end, a beautiful stay.

We loved the location and being able to watch the sunset from our balcony. The beds were also very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub on a cool day. The condo was also very clean and had all the kitchen ware for preparing our meals. It was easy communicating with the host. She was very responsive. A very enjoyable stay and beautiful beach.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 in our family. Only suggestion we had was to have one more comfortable chair in the family room. There was enough seating, but two of the chairs were director style and not super comfortable to sit for an extended time and watch a movie. The beach towels were super, wish I coud find those for our personal home. Plenty of beach chairs and other beach supplies to use. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful vacation!

Great place!

This was our second time staying here - it’s great for families and the pool and beach are so easy to get to. The condo has great views and everything you need!The host is fantastic and it’s close to good restaurants. Highly recommended!
