Beach weekend

The condo was clean and big enough for my husband and I and two teen boys. The location was nice and the teens were able to walk around the area without feeling concerned about safety. Lots of restaurants, beach nearby, and shops. We had a good time for a long weekend beach vacation.

Nice beach Vacation

We had such a great stay, the beach was right in our backyard and really nice and clean. Right across the stree was Johns Pass and we had delicious seafood everyday. such a cool place to visit, didnt even use our car. highly recomend it!!!!

The hot water didn’t last long enough to fill the tub. However the view was nice. Balcony was nice.

Stayed in condo 201. Beds were like sleeping on plywood they were VERY uncomfortable and pillows were flat no matter how many we had. The bedspread was dirty and Stains all over it. The furniture in the living room was old and dirty with stains. The fridge was all rusty on the outside. The walls look like they have never been painted. The fan in the master bedroom was loud and annoying. The shower in the master was sub-par. Very dated - we have stayed here numerous Times and this was the worst one yet. Will probably not stay at beach place again. Office staff were very nice and helpful when needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my fourth year at 201 Beach Place Condos. Always an enjoyable stay, the unit is roomy and comfortable for my needs. I stay for a month, I feel there should be linen exchange at least once during my stay. It's nice that the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. One small item needed is a table on the balcony. Maintenance was responsive to a couple minor issuses.

So close to John’s Pass, great location, well maintained building. Room #201 was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely pick this unit again when we come back.

Great location, room is well furnished, although a table is need on the balcony. Only complaint that I have is, I stay for a month and 1 or 2 replacements of linens and towels would be nice. That being said, I have reserved the room for next year.

Updates that have been done were great but if you are going to update something, please finish the job. Carpet in both bedrooms was just disgusting. Stains all over them. There was a footprint on the wall. Two chairs in family room were equally as disgusting with stains all over. Old accent pieces and lamps that worked half the time. No headboard in master did not make for a comfortable bed. This place could be amazing if someone took the time to finish the update.

Reviewer Comments: Nice 2 bdrm condo - really liked the fact the 2nd bedroom had queen size beds - condo was clean - the kitchen was equipped but had to buy a pot holder and spatula, there's no cookie sheet (we love baking our own cookies LOL) - if you want to grill, there's no grill utensils in there Beds are ok - you get extra pillows - furniture is ok - the pool is great, lots of chairs, its heated and well kept - love having the beach right there - love being able to walk across the street for food, shopping and water activitiesThere will not be any beach chairs / toys in the unit, you'll have to go across the street and buy them - the cabana rentals on the beach are $35 a day until 5 pm - sunsets are gorgeous Laundry facilities on site not in condo - balcony is nice but there's no table like the pic shows

The location Is right across the street from St John’s Village & walking distance to all of the stores, bars, restaurants, Ice cream, marina and boardwalk. The lift bridge was neat to see, but you do hear some traffic noise. Loved our fishing excursion with Capt Kenny Keen, Early Riser Charters. Condo was nice, not fancy but good beds, spacious kitchen & for our family of four wonderfully! The pool is small but temp was really warm (nice for Dec.!) We will definitely rent again if In the area!

Nice warm pool with convenient beach access was a major selling point. Condo itself was a tad outdated, and really could use a table on the balcony. We always stay in Beach Place but the first time in the smaller bldg and in a 2 bedroom unit. It worked out great especially since there was only 2 of us. I was concerned about doing laundry in a hallway where everyone had access but had no problem at all. It worked out great. the condo was good and we enjoyed ourselves as always.

Review of Beach Place Condo #201

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is outstanding, easy walk to shopping, pool and beach. I would recommend staying at Beach Place Condo's but not this particular unit. The furniture and decor is very outdated and uncomfortable. One of stools for counter top was in closet marked do not use. Many items in disrepair or needing replaced. Called maint on water leak in closet and got a response. As for the closet light and lamp issue reported, no response. Family had a different unit reserved and furniture/decor was nicely updated and comfortable. Could also see many other units are updated as well, not sure why this one is so far behind in updates. Picture shows a table on the balcony, but there is no table out there. When asking management about issues, was sometimes met with rude remarks or they were not helpful.
