The owner has an Rv on the side of the property completely fenced off from the home which is used occasionally by the owner

The property was very clean when we arrived, and is very spacious! The property managers were there to greet us when we got there, and were very eager to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. This was very comforting , considering we were hosting an event at the house ! The space was missing some items that were advertised when we arrived ( back yard seating and outdoor kitchen fridge ). However , when we brought these feelings up to the host ,they made sure to make it right . Overall, we had a great stay and a memorable event at the space ! I would definitely recommend this space to others

We had 4 adult women that stayed. Loved the large couch for movie time as well as the outside pool/couch. Only challenge was 3 gals sharing a bathroom as the other was a full bath but in the garage. We had a great gathering!

The house was perfect for the number of people, we ended up having five less than we booked, so it was great. Would suggest a portable crib, and maybe a bed rail for kids room. Nice to have the other baby items on hand! Plenty of towels, may suggest a cooler to use for beach outing! But the house more then met our needs!

We all enjoyed the home. Family really enjoyed playing pool every night for hours. Would have been nice to have the 3 washer/ dryers not next to pool table. Sad we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub but host was very nice to refund some money for it. Thank you for the great home

Family Oasis

The property was just as advertised. My family enjoyed everything the home had to offer. There were some minor issues but nothing that interfered with our stay. The TV in the game room and by the pool were missing their remotes so they were not able to be used. The hot tub didn’t work the first day but the owner came out and made sure it was working the rest of our stay. Overall a great place to stay with your family.

The property was very clean upon arrival! The pool and hot tub were used frequently and they were great! Everyone said that their beds were comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen for meals. There is plenty of parking for large groups. The beach was only 8 minutes away along with plenty of restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely consider this property in the future!

Just what the doctor ordered

We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the various games, pool, hot tub, corn hole, putt putt, pool table, our pets, the large kitchen perfect for groups, the facilities that allowed for 9 guests, nice bedroom setup, etc. Our stay was what our family needed. The beaches were close and a lot of options nearby like Clearwater, Indian Rocks, the dog beaches, etc. The host was super responsive to all our thoughts and questions. We appreciated the lovely touches like shampoos, soaps, dishwashing pods, coffee maker, wonderful washer and dryer. These touches did not go unnoticed. Thank you for a wonderful memory for our family.

Beautiful house and pool area! Perfect for a relaxing vacay!

We had 9 women stay here and it was a wonderful vacation with plenty of room and we loved the pool and hot tub area! I would recommend upgrading a few of the mattresses and maybe adding more fans people can use…some are older and run hotter! ;-) Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. Close to Indian Rocks beach which avoids the more touristy effect of Clearwater and the beach is beautiful! Lots of stores and restaurants close by! I may bring my little kids back next time!

Shabby & chic fun place!

We enjoyed our trip and stay. The house shows its age a bit. The kitchen has been updated with new granite and cabinets. The owner has made use of every available space for bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom is a former front porch area w skylights, one bathroom is in the garage. (It’s a nice bathroom though.) The owner is fantastic with communication and super accommodating.

Spring break friend baseball event

House was clean and close to events and food. Hot tub was disgusting and stunk. Backyard was missing lounge chairs and grill was dirty. One couple had to stay in the garage because the description was wrong and missing a bathroom. Good house if your group is three couples or less. Didn’t give us money back for the one less bedroom and hot tub not working.

Pre-wedding Trip

The property is spacious with a fun backyard that accommodated a rehearsal dinner the night before our daughter’s wedding. Parking is problematic as the road is narrow- house can use minor upgrades (new lamps, lighting and minor closet repair/replacement). We had 23 adults and all were comfortable.

Overall property was accurate to the listing. Some things needed fixing and was communicated to property owner but overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and location was close to everything we needed. I would stay again.

Amazing Home for a Family Gathering

We had a lovely stay here! The home and the property were super clean and there was so much room for our birthday gathering. So many activities to do outside like the heated pool, hot-tub, fire pit, a pool table inside, and many more. The host was accessible at all times and made sure we were happy and comfortable in the home. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Amazing setup and location!

My family (7 Adults, 4 Kids aged 2-8) went to Tampa to celebrate my Dad's retirement. With kids we wanted someplace with a pool, enough bedrooms, and good location compared to beach and other activities, and this house definitely checked all of those boxes. We were a little nervous due to the cold front heading through Florida during the time of our stay causing temps to be mainly in the 50s with a couple days in the mid 60s. But this place has an awesome heated pool, along with access to the hot tub, that allowed us to still have some fun in the water even though the air temp was cold. The layout of the house was great for the 11 of us, plenty of beds and an awesome open floor plan. The kids also loved the game room set up in the garage. Also, the location of this house was great, it seemed like everything was within 20 mins away, with plenty of nearby grocery/essential store options. On top of all of that the communication with Joseph was fantastic, very responsive not only during our stay but also leading up to our stay. Overall we had a fantastic time in Tampa and loved our stay at this house and would definitely recommend if you are planning on traveling with kids/family.

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

My family flew in from New York to spend Thanksgiving with us. The layout of the house was perfect. The open kitchen, dining room living room had more than enough space. Accessibility to the beaches and shops was perfect. What I was most impressed with was how FULLY stocked the kitchen was along with towels and extra pillows and comforters.The game room was a plus for both kids and adults, but to top it off was the hot tub, which I almost didn’t ask for and so grateful that I did. Temperature of the pool was perfect for weather in November. The beach area in the yard was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.. should we choose that area again next year to meet up again, this will be the house.

Howard House

We arrived just as a tropical storm was hitting Clearwater. The winds raged outside but inside the house was peaceful. The pool in the backyard remained clear of debris thanks to the screen. My family of 5, both my parents and brother vacationed at this location for.a week. The layout allowed privacy, the back yard was loaded with fun activities. We spent time in the game room playing video games and football. Pleased with the cleanliness of the house,the laundry facilities and location of the home. I highly recommend Joseph’s homes. We’ve stayed at two and have been satisfied.
