  • Välkommen till Sunset Reef, ett charmigt bostadsområde vid stranden i vackra Redington Shores! Bara hundra steg från stranden ligger detta fantastiska radhus som erbjuder den perfekta kombinationen av lyx och komfort, med 3 sovrum, 1,5 badrum, 1 anslutet garage under huset (som även kan användas som yogastudio eller kontor) samt en tilldelad parkeringsplats. Alla tre sovrummen ligger på samma våning. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättstuga i bostaden, Wi-Fi, kabel-TV, vatten och avfallshantering ingår. Strandstolar, parasoller, en cykel och ett paddleboard ingår också :) !

We had a fantastic stay at the Beach Townhouse in Redington Beach. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand and conveniently close to the local trolley. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. The outdoor pool was a great bonus, and the nearby bars and restaurants offered a solid selection with a laid-back vibe that perfectly matched the beach atmosphere. While a few areas could use some updating, the host was responsive and helpful throughout, making check-in and communication smooth. Highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a relaxing, scenic getaway.

I loved my stay so much! This townhouse was perfect to work remotely, on the beach and exceeded my expectations. I had not stayed in this area before and this location was perfect. The beach is filled with dusty white sand, flat for taking long walks. It was not too crowded like other areas so perfect for enjoying and relaxing while watching the most beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to local restaurants but experience on the beach each day was amazing. The townhouse has excellent beach equipment, wagon, large umbrella and beach chairs. We had the french doors to the patio open all the time for fresh ocean breeze. It had everything we needed to cook some meals, work remote and sightsee on the weekends all around St. Pete, Clearwater and Tampa. The owner was a great host. Checking in was simple. He checked on us and was super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this big gem on the ocean.

Very close to Redington Shores beach

We stayed the two months of February and March 2025. We enjoyed being able to go for walks on the beach without having to cross any roads. The neighbours were very friendly. The unit is standard with stairs going to the main area and stairs to the bedrooms. It has one indoor plus one outdoor parking that is tight to get into and out of but it is manageable. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful to our needs. Although there was painting of the exterior, the disruption was minimal. Also, the heated pool was not available as the barrier fence had yet to be installed but this should not be a problem for future tenants. Overall an enjoyable experience.

A True Gem!

The condo is spacious and accommodating. My husband was able to work remotely while my teenage granddaughter and her friend had plenty of room in the beautiful guest bedroom. The closets and dressers and chest of drawers are enormous. There is so much space for anything you bring, and we bring a lot. We kept all shoes, beach bags, coolers in the garage including a very large beach mat, and still had plenty of space. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the master bed is beyond comfortable. I spent a lot of time on the porch in the mornings and late at night. The property is beautiful. Everything you need - go out through the garage to wheel your stuff to the beach, go out through the courtyard to the pool or watch sunset at many tables and benches provided. I walk a lot and discovered that I am a 5 mile walk to John’s Pass, and a 4.5 walk to Indian Rocks Beach. It is a 15 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and a 15 minute drive to St. Pete Beach. This is the place you want to stay! Never had any problems with anything in the condo not working. Homeowners are friendly and helpful, and the beach and sunsets are beautiful. Hosts are beyond amazing! Oh, and check out Coconut Charlie’s at the Double Tree a mile down the beach - great tiki bar, and food. We watched a wedding on the beach there last night. Everything is just awesome, and I feel so blessed that we found this gem.
