Reviewer Comments: I checked into a dirty unit. The floors were filthy. There trash under my kids beds. There was a finger nail in my son’s bed means sheets weren’t changed. There was a finger nail and popcorn under a chair. Thankfully kids didn't get it as we had crawling kids in our unit. I called and spoke to a lady and she was going to call me back and never heard back from her. Emailed again durning the stay and never heard back. This was our 2nd time staying at this location and I already looked for new places in Johns pass for our next visit.

Access to John's pass just across the street means you don't need to drive to get to the fun stuff in the area. My ninth year at Madeira, always great. Lack of 2nd car guest parking onsite is a bit of a rub, newly restricted this year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and found that the furniture was beyond worn and the curtains were dark and old and very outdated. Batteries in the tv remotes were not there and we had to have someone come up and take care of that issue as well as getting the tvs to work correctly. We have rented condos before and they have been fully stocked. This condo had the bare minimum.

WE FOUND A BROKEN GLOBE ON THE FAN IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. WASHING MACHINE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE IN WORKING ORDER.
