Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, this condo offers a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere while being just minutes from the lively attractions of Clearwater. With nearly 3 miles of pristine beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve right across the street, you'll have endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Reservations are set for 2 week minimum periods throughout the year.

Great Condo with Amazing View

We really enjoyed our month in this condo. Very clean and well-equipped with a lot of space. Beautifully decorated. The building itself needs updating, and the pool was not kept warm enough, but otherwise everything was great!

Nice condo and great location

Nice condo on the beach/oceanfront in Indian Rocks Beach. Right across the street from IRB Nature Preserve which we walked daily. Condo was well decorated and kitchen well stocked. Great correspondence with owner/rental agency. Very comfortable. Friendly neighbors in this complex. Going again next year! Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks prior to Christmas day 2021. This property is the tallest building in the area and is centrally located on Indian Rocks Beach and walkable to many restaurants and bars. This fifth-floor end unit is bright, spacious and the furnishings are very comfortable. The balcony is screened in and spacious and provides a beautiful area to enjoy the Florida warmth and the water views. The kitchen is beautifully updated with plenty of kitchen supplies needed for our stay. There were, however, many dirty dishes in the cabinets, so we washed everything we used beforehand. The bathrooms need updating and the dining room chandelier does NOT illuminate the table area enough to eat dinner there. It should be noted that there is major construction of both buildings footings so there was very loud construction that started at 8am throughout each day...we were NOT told this and it looks like a long-term project. The pool and hot tub brickwork are falling apart and over all the building is old and needs some attention.

Amazing Getaway on IRB

The place is fabulous and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! Condo is completely stocked with every kitchen appliance, beach towels, abs beach chairs. The condo is very clean. It is accessible to the beach, pool abs in walking distance from 5 star restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone who wants a perfect beach vacation . My family and I will absolutely stay here again!!!

Vacation 2020
