Both bedrooms are calm, restful spaces, and one even offers a small peek of the Gulf from the window. A sleeper sofa adds extra flexibility for additional guests.
When you`re ready to stay close to home, a year-round heated pool, shuffleboard court, and charcoal grill are right outside your door. We`ve also taken care of the beach day essentials, with chairs, towels, and an umbrella included so you can grab them and walk straight to the sand. Parking is provided for one vehicle.
St. Pete Beach is one of the most walkable beach towns on the Gulf Coast, and this condo puts you right in the middle of it. Spend the morning soaking up the sun, then wander over to Corey Avenue for boutique shopping, local restaurants, and laid-back cafes. This condo is located on the second floor. The complex does not have elevators — guests must be comfortable climbing stairs.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
