Relax in this beautiful ground floor, fully equipped condo less than 3 miles from the Clearwater Beach (rated the #1 beach in the US by Trip Advisor). The Avalon is a convenient location in a gated community with a resort style heated pool, 24/7 fitness facility, a luxury clubhouse with fireplace and a BBQ area if you'd like to have a family cookout.

The Space
Suitable for a family of 4, the condo includes a bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and 55” television with Chromecast. Dining area provides a table that can seat six guests. Spacious living room area furnished with a queen memory foam sleeper-sofa and a flat-screen 55” TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and also dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. Linens, towels, beach chairs & umbrella are provided. There is an in-unit washer and dryer available for your convenience. Cable TV, and high speed internet are included. Parking is free for up to two cars.

Smoking is prohibited inside the condo. For safety purposes, cameras are located at the front door of the condo and on the patio. Do not change/remove them. A $100 fee will be charged if altering cameras.
Any damage to property or furnishings during your stay will be charged to you.

Must be over 25 to book rental, no pets allowed, and no parties. A short-term rental form is required for the Avalon association with a $50 fee.

The pros are there are no stairs, the mattress is comfortable, the washer and dryer work well, the kitchen is well stocked with gadgets and nice appliances, and the pool is fantastic. The downside is the bed frame creaks and the noise of voices and footsteps from the upstairs unit can be annoying. Also, there is an online picture of a room with a desk and bookshelves that doesn't exist in this unit. Though you pay a hefty cleaning fee, you must carry out the garbage to a dumpster about a block away (no instructions given as to location), empty the dishwasher, and put used towels in the washer. Don't underestimate how long it takes to run the dishwasher! And, if there are no pods, don't use liquid soap like I did! (Sorry about that!) The floors were not the cleanest and the tub finish is peeling, but that happens. Also, the unit number wasn't in the information provided, so I was left to locate the correct door by looking at the online photos. You'll need the keycard to open the parking gate at night and that wasn't communicated to me either; fortunately, Maria answered the intercom so we were able to get back to the unit. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.

Prefect location for a weekend away!

Fantastic Husband and Wife Get-away

Extremely comfortable condominium for 2 people. Great location for attending the Phillies preseason games. Our host was extremely helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable. We will be using their place again in the future.

Nice property, responsive owner

Lovely condo, great location

Maria is a fabulous host, very responsive to questions. The property is well stocked, in a secure community & is the cleanest I've rented, which all made for a much more relaxed stay. Highly recommend!
