** Huset gÄr igenom en fullstÀndig ombyggnad och kommer att vara klar under de kommande veckorna. Vid den tiden kommer jag att lÀgga upp bilder av hela huset. Allt blir helt nytt! Meddela mig alla frÄgor. Detta hus kommer att vara tillgÀngligt att hyra i tid för Spring Break frÄn och med 11 april!**

Detta Àr den ultimata Florida-hyra. Koppla av vid poolen, njut av den tÀckta Lanai med 55 i TV, grill, medan du njuter av det bÀsta vÀdret Florida har att erbjuda. Ligger 4 miles frÄn Clearwater stranden. Varje restaurang, bar och butik du kanske vill ha inom en radie pÄ 2 mil. Basebollfans kommer att Àlska att fÄnga vÄrtrÀningsspel pÄ Spectrum Field, hem för Philadelphia Phillies, som ligger bara en kort 15 minuters promenad frÄn huset. Du kommer att Àlska att göra minnen hÀr!

This is an amazing property. We were in town for a funeral and the owner was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. Would definitely rent again and enjoy a staycation at the home with family!

We were looking for a quiet stay as we were in town for a funeral. The home provided the exact peace and quiet we needed. We noted some nice touches that would make a stay by families more pleasant.

Great location. 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach. Quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minutes to several grocery stores. Will stay there again. Negatives not worth mentioning. Would recommend

Perfect place for our visit to Clearwater. Clean, convenient, close to many beaches and can walk to the Phillies spring training complex. Host was easily accessible and responsive when needed. Highly recommended.

Our stay of 28 days was awesome. Weather permitting we spent most of our time enjoying the great patio and pool. The covered portion with television and BBQ for cooking were much appreciated. We would have reserved it again for next year but our time frame was already taken. Thank you Brad for a great vacation

this home was a great location. easy access to beach grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood nice for walking about..no sidewalks but hardly any road traffic. Well equipped all we needed to get were groceries. The swimming pool was a perk for the kids!!

The best part of our stay was the lanai with the pool! We spent the majority of our awake time hanging out in this space. My grandson was thrilled and that’s what counts in my book. The house could’ve been cleaner
 Very dusty and bathroom had other peoples hair on the floor and in the tub we had to deep clean the bathrooms before we were able to use them. Also make sure that you are packed up and out of the home at 10 AM sharp or the owners will be sitting outside waiting for you to leave

We had a great time the property is well kept had everything you need and probably more. We spent our entire vacation in house because of hurricane and kids still haf fun having a pool of their own on property. We are a big family and house was big enough and accomadating. Property host was a great host very nice and always responded right away.

We stayed here with our five children and the home had everything we needed! We cooked most of our meals at the house and it was nice having the table and chairs outside for the kids to sit and eat in between all the time they spent in the pool! They also thought it was awesome to get to watch a movie outside while swimming. Loved the location; close to everything we could’ve wanted and it was nice to come back to this quiet neighborhood after exploring the area and the beaches nearby. Brad was very helpful with all my questions. Excellent host.

This place was perfect! Location was great close to everything only about 13 min from beaches. The house was amazing clean, setup and amenities. It was great to have the pool right off the the back porch we could listen to music or watch movies on the outdoor tv while in the pool or just sitting at the patio set. We had a party of 10 and fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place. We would stay again.

Our house was great. The communication was fantastic with the host. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t great because it’s not covered, tons of tree debris in it and there were local cats and ducks able to get in. The second morning we were there my daughter saw one of the ducks pooping in the pool. We didn’t use the pool but still enjoyed our stay.

Should have relied on past reviews and will never make that mistake again! We could not use the pool as it was dirty and ducks spend their time in and around the pool...therefore creating a mess! The house wasn't overly cleaned neither. Found multiple hair in the sheets, making me wonder if the sheets were cleaned?!? On a positive note, the house is located close to stores and the neighborhood is quiet.
