Belleair Beachfront Getaway

Located on the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this monthly minimum condo will be your homebase while you explore and enjoy Belleair Beach and the beautiful surrounding areas or simply lay back and relax at the MontMartre complex.

The Location:
You’ll be a trolly ride away from a multitude of entertainment options such as world class dining, endless activities, and unique experiences.
Some of the highlights include:
- Indoor or outdoor waterfront dining at Sand Key’s Columbia Restaurant, part of Florida's oldest continuously operated restaurant. Less than 1.5 miles away.
- Over 45 different commercial charters, cruises, rentals and sightseeing tours operating out of Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina. Less than 4 miles away.
- World famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium offering fascinating exhibits, unique up-close animal experiences, and unforgettable tours. Less than 4.5 miles away.

The Complex:
Back at the complex you’ll feel like you are on your own secluded beach with miles of white sand and emerald waters to explore. The beachfront boardwalk will connect you to the heated pool, sundeck, and grilling areas. There are picnic tables available by the pool and in the courtyard. A convenient poolside clubhouse and exercise/activity room round out the MontMartre amenities.
You’ll have access to a private ground level storage room with many beach items included: umbrellas, chairs, tents, cart, etc… There is one assigned covered parking spot under the building as well as plenty of guest parking in the front.

The Condo:
The condo completed a comprehensive update in 2022 and is a top floor 1 bedroom/1 bath end unit. It is conveniently located steps away from the elevator and stairs.
You’ll be greeted by a spacious front porch with rocker chairs and views of the beach – perfect for early morning coffee!
Once inside, the kitchen offers new cabinetry and modern appliances (fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher). We’ve also included a rice cooker, pressure cooker, coffee makers, toaster and an assortment of pots, pans, silverware, dishware, etc…
The expansive living room has a convertible couch-bed that sleeps two, large wall mounted smart TV, two chairs for the breakfast bar as well as a dining table with sitting for four. From the living room you’ll find a full washer and dryer to take care of laundry needs. The large bathroom offers two separate vanities and walk-in shower.
The sizable bedroom has a king bed and dresser with plenty of storage space. There is also a wall mounted fold-out workspace with stool. Additionally, a walk-in closet with new closet system provides additional storing area and full body mirror.
Through a set of new sliding glass doors the condo has a balcony with a table for four to enjoy the views of the gulf to one side and the intercostal to the other. An electric grill is included in this space.

For your peace of mind, this condo has professionally monitored smoke/CO2/flood sensors. You can optionally have access to control the professionally monitored security system. A smart doorbell and home assistant can be included or removed based on your preference.
