- Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak
- An application fee of $150 is charged upon booking
- Your email & a picture of your photo ID are required to submit the application
- A rental agreement will have to be electronically signed.
- No Pets Allowed
- This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

🚼No Swim Diapers allowed
- Children who are not potty-trained are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
- Children must be at least 6 years old to enjoy the Hot Tub

🚗 Parking:
Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking and vehicles cannot exceed 6'6", including items on the roof of the vehicle.
