"CASA Dolphina" Private Luxury utsikt över vattnet i St Pete Beach & Mexikanska golfen

Casa Dolphina erbjuder de mest spektakulära vyer öppet vatten i kombination med en läckert designade interiör och anlagda lummiga trädgårdar som ger avskildhet och lugn.
För aktiviteter spela basket gården, arbeta upp en svettas i bastun, öva på green eller fisk middag från bryggan. Du kan starta kajaker från stora fjärrstyrda plattformen för att utforska den lilla ön över huset. Dockan har också en Lyft bör du vill ta med egen båt (avgift tillkommer).
Den stora saltvattenpool har solpaneler och erbjuder en värmepump (avgift gäller) för att hålla dig varm året runt. Spa har sin egen värmepump (utan kostnad). Vi är positiva, att alla dessa bekvämligheter möter upp till dina högsta standard.

The best place ever on the water.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!! If you are looking for a beautiful house with beautiful outdoor areas this house is just amazing. Everything is clean and tidy and the neighbourhood is nice. Enjoy the world´s most beautiful sunset from the pool is just indescribable. If you want to catch your own seafood you can do it from your own dock. Straight up from the sea and put it on the grill. All fishing gear is available in the house. If you want to paddle canoe there are 5 canoes available. The hosts, Fabienne and Gerold are also incredibly service- minded and accommodating. Renting this house is the best choice you can make.

Casa Dolphina is a beautiful home on the water. We were eight women on a girls getaway and very much enjoyed our time there. Fabienne and Gerold were very responsive to our questions and very kind in making us feel welcome. We had several theme dinners and found the kitchen, dining room and big table in the sunroom very nice for our preparations and meals. The bedrooms were comfortable. The eclectic decor was very interesting, with something different and unusual to see in every room. The cooler temperatures did not allow us to take advantage of the pool and outdoor amenities but we could certainly see how much fun could be had in warmer weather. Families with small children would have to be very vigilant with the open access to the pool and dock/water. The water view and sunsets were beautiful! This is a very beautiful and comfortable home. It is not a new home. There are areas that could be freshened up but it was clean and very comfortable. Thank you Fabienne and Gerold for your gifts, thoughtfulness and sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing place to stay! Loved seeing the dolphins and other sea creatures from the dock. Enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaking to the nearby island. All the cooking supplies we needed and lots of great space for relaxing.

Our hosts were perfectly delightful and responded to all of our inquiries promptly. The property is in a beautiful secluded quiet neighborhood. The backyard is naturally private due to it's location on the point, with literally everything to offer. The heated pool was crystal clean, with a beautiful patio that separates the pool from the ocean. The dock and platform was great for fishing and kayaking. A nice quaint island beach was a 7 minute kayak trip. We saw Manta Rays and dolphin every day. This location is rare with seclusion and a 6 to 10 minute drive to anything you desire. We already booked it for 2027.Thank you.

Our hosts were wonderful. They greeted us once we were settled and when we had a question about how to operate the hot tub, they came right over! The decor was eclectic and wonderful, the beds were comfortable and plentiful and there was so much t0 do on property (pool, hot tub, fishing, kayaks, board games, billiards etc..) that we didn’t feel the need to really go anywhere else!

Beautiful place for our group to relax after working the St Pete Boat Show. Nicely maintained property with stunning views and nice amenities. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs that list pool tables as an amenity only to find out they were junk. This is a proper table with nice cues and a dedicated space. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to entertain properly. The hosts were friendly and very attentive.

We had a group ranging in age from 3-60 and everyone had an great time at this property. The kids loved the pool and amenities (it was well worth the extra cost to heat it), and the adults loved the hot tub, lounge area, and kayaks. And we all enjoyed watching the sun set while eating dinner outside each night. The house was very clean, quiet, and well furnished. There were thoughtful amenities like nightlights, trash bags, paper towels, etc. And we loved that there were little bins of sunscreen and other toiletries that previous renters left to use! Fabienne and Gerald were amazing hosts! They were the most engaged, responsive, and kindest owners we have dealt with over our years of renting on VRBO. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again if we ever go back to St. Pete's.

Fabienne and Gerold were extremely accommodating hosts! The property itself is gorgeous - our family enjoyed spending time out on the pool deck enjoying the views, swimming, and relaxing on the patio. The kayaks are a must-do for any guest of the residence- we enjoyed taking them out to the island and exploring the intercoastal. The home was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 10. Fabienne and Gerold greeted us at the home with homemade treats and gifts, which was an extremely thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We will definitely be staying again!

Casa Dolphina has a backyard paradise and covered sunroom that is perfect for groups with varying ages and interests. The kayaks/kayak lift, fishing from the dock, the birds, dolphin, manatee, gorgeous sunsets, and the perfect hosts can't be beat. This wasn't our first visit and won't be our last.

This was the BEST vacation rental we've stayed at. The location is amazing, the house is very comfortable and accommodating for multiple people to stay. Fabienne and Gerold were so welcoming, gracious, attentive and kind. We definitely plan to return for future stays. There were 4 adults (2 couples) and a 17-month old. The house worked out so well for having a toddler along. We made frequent use of the hot tub, kayaks, fishing, and pool during our week long vacation stay. The weather was ideal and it's so nice sitting out on the lanai and enjoying the weather as well as dolphins, manatees and stingray sightings. The hosts stopped by a few times to check on us and make sure all was well and that we didn't need anything. Thank you Fabienne and Gerold for sharing your amazing house with us.

Casa Dolphina is a fantastic place to stay. The expansive water views are world class, and the sun room, pool, kayaks, and hot tub are great amenities. Fabienne and Gerold are wonderful hosts who are committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. They are very quick to respond to questions and brought thoughtful welcome gifts to the house early in our stay. The home is one you don't want to leave and we would love to return!

We had a perfect stay here. There were 6 adults, 4 children 6-12, and 3 generations. We simply had a brilliant time. There is so much wildlife here. We saw dolphins most days, a manatee on 2 occasions and so much more. We used the kayaks to explore and went to the nearest beach in them. We paid to have the pool heated and that was great. The owners lived nearby and they were always on hand if you wanted anything. The position of this property within the bay was perfect. We also used the fishing fods supplied and we caught several fish. A great place to relax.

This was our third visit to Casa Dolphina since 2021 for our LibraFest/Birthday get away. The house was AMAZING! Lots of space for all and very comfortable beds. Gerold and Fabienne are always wonderful hosts. I tell everyone how amazing this house is, and the location is perfect. We had a beautiful week of warm and sunny October weather. We enjoyed the kayaks and the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed a beach day at Treasure Island (Caddy's), shopping and walking around John's Pass and yummy area restaurants. We were always on dolphin watch and we did see a few during our stay. We also loved our daily visit from our bird friend. We hope to be back soon.

This was the best stay I have had, ever. The house was perfect. The solitude and decor was just amazing. It was so relaxing for all of us who stayed at Casa Dolphina. We even got to see some dolphins out past the private dock. I will stay here again as soon as I can. I had always imagined what I thought a vacation should be in my mind, but this lived up to my imagination. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay at Casa Dolphina. You will not regret it one bit. Thank you to the owners so VERY much. Allowing us to make the most beautiful memories that will stay with us the rest of our lives. We will come back again.

A well appointed house with wonderful owners. Myself along with some friends and family didnt want to leave. The property itself is breathaking, with wonderful water views, a much needed pool and neat little outcoves sprinkled around the yard. A nice patio table in the shade by the water, a tiki hut with a dining table, a grilling station and a dock with some primo fishing. The interior was spotless, the rooms were large and plentiful enough to fit 10 of us. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked and the sunroom was a great place to relax and umwind. Fabienne and Gerald were responsive and incredibly welcoming hosts, I'd recommend it to anyone and cant wait to be able to go back.
