Our host was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. This is a beautiful, clean, and convenient place to stay for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the St Pete area

Awesome location. 2 miles from downtown St. Pete and a block away from the bay. Incredible sunrises along with a very peaceful neighborhood.

The property was exactly what we expected. The owners are a young family with a very friendly dog. They even responded to a call late one night when we locked ourselves out. Steps from a beautiful park on the water and there are lots of beach accessories available for use in the garage. Great central location for beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a cute place! Right by the water and a nice neighborhood south of downtown St Pete. It was clean and had everything I needed. I would stay again!

Anniversary trip

Very beautiful stay. Guest house was clean with all the conveniences. Location was great! Close to downtown restaurants and not far from the beaches. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet. Host was very accommodating.

Beautiful pool garage apartment

This property was perfect for my visit to the Old Southeast neighborhood. I am hoping for a return trip in the near future. Pool was an added bonus that I enjoyed with my grandkids.

St. Pete Gem

We found this gem in St. Pete, and it was perfect for our family of three. It was in a quiet location, but close to downtown St. Pete. We also found a great spot a few minutes (driving) north of the house called "Spa Beach". My son enjoyed the splash pad, the beach, and the playground there. Would highly recommend this place. Enjoyed our stay.

Love the area. Many parts of our stay were great. The unit could use a few more amenities such as glassware, comfortable chairs and attention to the coffee table in living room. Sleeping accommodations were quite comfortable. Also posted information about WiFi and instructions on tv use would have been helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We found this property was ideal for people looking for a quiet relaxing time. The pool is nice at the end of a hot afternoon. The kitchen is quite remarkably outfitted for a small place. A morning or evening walk along the shore at Lassing Park is awesome. You must get to Chataways for a meal. It is an easy walk from the rental. It has a British Garden vibe and specializes in hand helds. If you are up for a high tea they do that. We had breakfast at Point Chaud on Fourth Street. It’s a great coffee house and specializes in Crepes. Awesome! The Sunken Garden is a fifteen minute drive and is well worth seeing. Downtown St Pete, Treasure Island, and the Aquarium are 30 to 50 minutes drive but allow for restaurants, water activities and night life. My wife and I really enjoyed our three night stay.

Visiting friends

We were staying shortly after hurricane Milton and we were nervous about going. We are so glad that we did. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed staying at your house. My daughter loved the pool and would have been in it 24/7 if we let her. Thank you for your continued communication throughout this whole process.

Beach was Closed

Found this gem after finding my reservations on the beach couldn't be fulfilled. The alley leading back was busy with debris was distraction, The family was a little shy but Shadow was a good icebreaker. Would return if back to area.

No contact with host. Shower control hard to turn on. Step down to main room from door and bedroom is a potential hazard. Could not turn off under cabinet lights. No extra garbage bags. Small amount of paper towels.
