Centrally Located Beachy Boho 3 bdr KING

Welcome to our newly renovated beachy boho townhouse in Central Oak Park. This spotless 3 bdr (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 twins), 1 bath is short drive or bike ride to restaurants, bars, microbreweries, antique shops, museums, live entertainment and so much more. Grand Central District is a 5 min bike ride, Edge District is 2 miles, Downtown is 3 miles and St Pete beach is 15 minutes away. Guests have a fully stocked kitchen, fenced backyard with patio and outdoor dining table, Wi-Fi, and laundry.
The space
The space was designed to feel light, bright, and airy while including lots of unique and colorful artwork reflecting beautiful Florida. Large open kitchen with lots of granite counter space for prepping meals and island seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new stainless appliances including gas range, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and oversized deep sink as well as toaster, K-cup coffee maker and coffee pods, pots, pans, basic cooking tools, wine opener, salt, pepper, evoo, cling wrap, foil, baggies, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
The bedrooms have very comfortable new mattresses with soft 100% cotton linens, fluffy pillows, and a full-length mirror in the hall to help you get ready for your day or night out. 1st bedroom has a King, the 2nd has a queen, and the 3rd has a twin daybed with twin trundle, desk (desk lamp has a wireless phone charging pad), and rolling chair to be used as a dedicated workspace. There is a router (with an accessible ethernet port on the router). Living room has a 65" smart TV. Super fast Wi-Fi throughout.
Brand new washer and dryer are in the shared laundry room (shared with another airbnb) in the detached garage.
The backyard has a patio and outdoor dining table seating for 4 with vintage style string lights providing a welcoming glow to the outdoor space so you can continue enjoying the outdoors after sunset.
The backyard is dedicated for this VRBO, however the other VRBO guests may walkthrough to access the shared laundry room or the rear alley to dispose of trash.
4 beach towels, sunblock, small cooler, icepack, and beach chairs are supplied, so you'll be ready to hit the beach as soon as you get here.
We've got you covered with all those little extras you may have forgotten at home including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, qtips, cotton balls and wipes, blow dryer, first aid supplies, bug repellent, etc.
Cleanliness is a priority for me, so the apartment is professionally cleaned and you will see many of the guests mention how clean the place is in their reviews.
We welcome well-behaved dogs under 75 lbs. 1 dog maximum per visit. If you don't 100% trust your dog in this newly renovated space, please bring along a crate or do not leave the dog unattended in the guesthouse. Please keep dogs off bed and the furniture. Non stop barking will disturb the guests next door and you will be asked to leave with no refund if this is an issue.
Guest access
There are 2 dedicated parallel parking spots in the gravel driveway off the alley about 50 steps from the apartment door. There is also plenty of parking in front of the house on the main street. The apartment has 4 steps to get to front door. There are a few steps inside the unit as well.
Other things to note
For those with severe fragrance allergies, I want to disclose that there is a plug in air freshener in the apartment. You are welcome to unplug this while you are staying in the unit. We also use standard cleaning products which contain fragrance. And the linens are washed with standard laundry detergent and dryer sheets which also have fragrance.
