Tides & Vibes is a beautifully renovated (2025) 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo sitting directly on the Gulf in Indian Shores — not "beachfront across the road," but truly oceanfront, with a private building path that winds through a trail of sea grapes straight to the sand.

The balcony is the heart of it. Step off the main living area onto a big Gulf-front balcony made for golden hour — comfy seating, a hammock you can actually sleep in, and the sound of the waves and the Australian pines to drift off to. This is where your trip slows down.

Inside, it's bright, coastal, and effortless. The open living, dining, and kitchen space looks straight out over the water. The kitchen is fully stocked — down to the Ziploc bags — with a dishwasher and everything you need to actually cook, not just reheat. Coffee lovers, take note: there's a dedicated coffee bar with everything you need to pull a barista-level cup. ☕ Roku smart TVs let you sign into your own streaming accounts, and high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected. 📶

In-unit washer and dryer, EV charging available in the building, a Pack 'n Play and high chair for the littlest travelers, and a ground-floor beach closet stocked with chairs, life jackets, and two bikes. The building adds a community grill, an oceanfront firepit for s'mores after sunset, and free paddleboards and kayaks when you're ready to get on the water. 🚣

🔑 GUEST ACCESS
The whole condo is yours, top to bottom. Self check-in is easy with a Schlage smart lock — your personal door code arrives with your arrival instructions about 24 hours before you get here. Your ground-level beach closet keeps chairs, bikes, and sandy gear out of the unit, and the building's private path takes you right through the sea grapes to the Gulf.

Indian Shores is the quiet sweet spot of Florida's Gulf beaches — a calm, residential stretch of sugar sand between the buzz of Clearwater and the charm of St. Pete, with warm water and unreal sunsets.

🚗 GETTING AROUND
A car is easiest, and your covered spot (#7) is ready for it. ⚡ EV charging is available in the building. Fly into St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE, ~25 min) or Tampa (TPA, ~45 min). Rideshare is reliable up and down Gulf Blvd, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs the beach communities if you'd rather leave the car parked. Once you're here, the beach is a short walk down the building's private sea-grape path — no driving required.

🅿️ PARKING
Free and easy: one dedicated, covered spot under the building marked #7, plus several first-come guest spaces for extra vehicles. EV charging is available in the building. ⚡ The covered garage keeps your car out of the Florida sun, steps from the stairs and the path to the beach. 🚗

📋 GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM — during those hours we'd so appreciate you being mindful of the other guests in the building, especially the unit right below you. One gentle heads-up so there are no surprises: the condo is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs with no elevator, so it's worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations — and we're always happy to help however we can. This is a smoke-free, vape-free home — no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. 🚭 Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are warmly welcome ($250 non-refundable fee per dog); please note that per county ordinance, dogs aren't allowed on the beach. Small daytime gatherings are fine as long as we never exceed the home's max of 12 guests — but no parties or events, ever. Guests must be 25+ to book, and for your privacy and security there's a single exterior camera at the entry (never inside or on the balconies). A $500 refundable security deposit applies (an additional deposit is required for 1-night stays). Treat it like your own happy place and we're set. 🌊
