    THE SPACE
    • 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4
    • Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
    • In-unit laundry, plus a starter kit (shampoo, conditioner, soap and detergent)

    OUTDOOR LIVING
    L-shaped tiki bar, stainless grill, dining and picnic tables, rocking chairs and zero-gravity loungers. Beach gear is provided (items vary by availability).

    PARKING
    Covered parking for 2 cars, plus room for 2 more, so friends and family can easily visit.

    THE NEIGHBORHOOD
    Coastal Living named Indian Rocks Beach one of the best and most romantic beach destinations in the US. It has 3 miles of white sand between the Gulf and the Intracoastal, 27 beach access points, and a laid-back “village” vibe with mostly cottages and local restaurants. Walking times:
    • Beach: about 4 minutes
    • Kooky Coconut: 3 minutes
    • About 8 restaurants: 6-7 minutes
    The Jolly Trolley runs up and down the beach.

    GOOD TO KNOW
    • Dogs welcome: $100 per dog per stay (non-refundable)
    • Early check-in may be available for an extra fee
    • Quiet hours start at 9pm, and the tiki bar patio closes at 10pm. This is not a party house.
    • Please keep the thermostat at 69°F or above so the system runs properly.

Great place! Great location, seemed to have been vacant for a lil bit with the amount of dust, a couple of dead bugs, but overall a great time!

The house was very clean and kitchen was equipped for all of your needs. Quiet neighborhood and quick to get to all the local restaurants or a quick walk over to the beach. Would stay here again.

We had very good communication with the host. The unit was very clean - nice kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The living room furniture has unfortunately been damaged by guests and wasn’t comfortable. However we spent little time inside and enjoyed the beach.

Our initial experience was rather frustrating as the digital lock system would not work.We were on the phone trying to get help. The host reset and we were in. The furniture is in very poor condition. Bar chairs are peeling and flaking. The couch was uncomfortable and the single chair was broken down to the point it was very unwelcoming. The following day the digital lock would not work again..I texted the number on the house and left several messages. I received a call from the host saying he had reset the lock. He gave us the code for the key lock box. We used the key for the rest of our stay. There is evidence of much needed maintenance both inside and out. There is only one exit from the unit should there be an emergency.
