Great Location

Overall this property is nice. A few repairs could have been done better to look nicer. The backyard at the time was "unusable" because of a downed tree from last years hurricane. This was a little disappointing. There were cool nights and we could have had a fire. Everything looked freshly painted. I would stay here again. Maybe next year for Ragae Rise Up.

Nice place. Would stay there again.

Overall very good experience. If coming back to the area would stay there again. Prompt replies from owner with any questions that came up. The neighborhood is a quiet street. We were a short distance to all the major food chains. a 15-20 ride over the coastal area. Only concerns was first the back yard. It's need serious cleaning. If one was to do any serious cooking there is a lack of decent cookware. Other than that and as i mentioned would rent there again if in that area

Clean and Roomy Home

This home was spacious and clean. Description and pictures were accurate. My husband and I had ample room. The one bed we used was quite comfy. This was the most well stocked home we've ever stayed in! Kitchen and bathroom essentials were plentiful and appreciated. Owner supplied towels and beach chairs as well. Good location. Beaches were a short drive. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. One major issue we did have was the television. Owner has a firestick for TV so you can use your own passwords to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, etc but we do not want to put our passwords on someone elses device. Very frustrating to get any local channels and to "mirror" our device to tv. Also, no info left for garbage collection. Hence the garbage was not picked up from the people before us and ours. Backyard needs spraying for insects. I'd be hesitant to leave a pet outside. These are all minor fixes and should not stop you from renting this house. It's a good option whether you have a houseful or just the two of you.

Perfect Location

The house is in a perfect location, within a 10-20 minute drive from multiple different attractions and beaches. Nice and quiet neighborhood, which is simple to navigate through. Property and hosts are very dog friendly, which was a big plus for us. Host was always quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend!

Could not use tv as we are old school and did not have apps on phone, Nice quiet neighborhood.. Nice interior. Chairs at table and living room could be more comfy. .Back yard had a bit of construction debris due to fallen tree and fencing. I appreciated the snacks and coffee selection very much. Make sure you clarify all charges prior to booking... I do not mean for this to be a negative review. This place is truly very nice.!!

Cute Quaint little spot!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, we even had a few small hiccups and got locked out of the house due to our own mistake and we checked out late since i payed no attention to time and checkout it was a long week and I had never rented a house before! But the Host was incredibly understanding none the less and she made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and well decorated and there was even snacks and water. Our kids wanted to stay forever. Highly recommend this spot! And its very affordable!

Nice location for enjoying Redington Beach, St Pete & Ybor City

Family of three generations ages 19-79 plus family dog. Comfortable beds & well stocked kitchen. Living room furniture needs rethought for comfort. Master bedroom large TV would be better suited in living room

nice stay!

We are a large family, so finding a workable house is sometimes difficult. This house had enough beds for us all - it's listed as 8 but realistically 7 teens/adults. We fit 3 in the king bed. Common areas were spacious. Garage has been converted to a bedroom + gameroom & laundry. There was a basket of snacks waiting for us when we arrived, which was nice. The host was open to early check-in, late check-out subject to bookings on either side of our stay, also super helpful. A great stay with a reasonable price.

Clean & Comfy

Everything was spotless & the host was very communicative & informative. We loved the dog toys & bed for our small dog. We didn’t have time to use it as much as we wanted but the game room was a very nice touch. Ideal for families.
