Lördag till lördag hyra under högsäsong.

Dessa lägenheter ligger i Beach Palms Condominiums som ligger direkt vid Mexikanska golfen i Indian Shores, FL. Dessa lägenheter har en södervy av stranden och vattnet. Beach Palms är känt för att vara vackert underhållen. Det har en stor uppvärmd pool på viken. Två nya Weber-grillar finns vid poolen och är tillgängliga för gäster.

Det stora sovrummet har utsikt över viken samt eget badrum, klädkammare och king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Alla rum har takfläktar samt 32 "platt-TV med DVD-spelare. Familjerummet har en 42-tums HD-TV med DVD-spelare samt en stereo / CD-spelare. Köket är fullt utrustat. En tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek finns i enheten. Dessutom finns gratis trådlöst internet tillgängligt i enheten.

Dessa lägenheter är utrustade med många extrafunktioner inklusive en Keurig-maskin, barnstol, pack-n-play, strandstolar / paraply, strandleksaker och en svalare. Stolar och parasoller finns att hyra på stranden varje dag eller vecka.

Två hissar finns i byggnaden; Därför krävs inga trappor för att komma åt denna lägenhet på andra våningen. Detta gör det också enkelt att promenera till stranden. Det finns en tilldelad, täckt parkeringsplats belägen bredvid de västra hissarna.

Denna lyxiga lägenhet ligger i ett utmärkt läge med många lokala restauranger och attraktioner i närheten. Attraktioner inkluderar Splash Harbor Water Park, färja till Egmont Key, John's Pass, Salvador Dali Museum, Clearwater Aquarium hem till Winter the Dolphin, outlet-shopping (Tampa och Ellenton), Disney, Busch Gardens, Tampa Aquarium och Hard Rock Casino. Dessutom älskar barnen Captain Memos Pirate Cruise och putt-puttgolf. Strandyogokurser finns också i närheten. En vagn stannar framför byggnaden och går från Clearwater till St. Pete.

Loved our stay here. Was the cleanest place we have ever stayed!! We had everything we needed. Beach towels and chairs were so nice to have use of. Owners were great to communicate with! Kitchen had more than expected as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

Everything about this property and the owner was amazing! It was very clean and had everything that we needed! It was right on the beach, which was so nice, especially with kiddos. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again :)

One week of summer fun

The place was very well. Kept all the supplies you needed for the beach and for the pool wonderful owners had a little problem with AC. They fixed it right away overall it was beautiful quiet nice relaxing access to everything. We needed wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful condo

This condo was clean, comfortable and very updated. We’ve stayed in several in the area and we liked this one the most. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the whole place was updated. Pool was really warm (we had a few cooler days and the kids were still able to enjoy the pool). Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

This property was clean, roomy and had everything needed for a week on the beach. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent. The pool was clean and never felt crowded and it was a short walk from the pool to the beach. We would definitely look into this property again if visiting the area.

Wonderful stay at Beach Palms

This was a wonderful property and we will absolutely consider staying again when we are in the area. The unit itself was in great shape, very clean and modern. All of the basics were provided along with many extras - kitchen equipment was well stocked, towels and linens, beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc). We loved the location and the proximity to the beach.

Great beach condo!!

Our stay was so enjoyable! Checkin was super easy, directions were clear, house was spotless and well stocked, and the view was great. We loved our vacation. We enjoyed the pool and grills. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have for use on the beach. I highly recommend. We enjoyed Doc Ford’s restaurant and Crabbies on the Pass for meals out. Smuggler’s Cove was a fun putt putt place.

Wonderful stay!

Despite arriving during a tropical storm, we had a great time! The condo was cozy and comfortable, fully stocked! Jamie advised of the dryer not working prior to arrival but had the issue resolved quickly! She was very communicative and responsive! Overall a great place to stay!

Lovely Vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Excellent layout that allowed enough space for everyone. Balcony provided beautiful ocean views. Pool access and cleanliness was GREAT! Just steps to the ocean. The family had lots of fun. Supplies and dishes are well stocked!

Perfect place

Very nice condo with close access to beach and pool. Made it very easy with 2 little ones ages 1 & 3. The pool was a nice size with plenty of lounge chairs. This unit had everything we needed for the kids including a pack n play, high chair and plenty of sand toys. Beach towels and chairs were a plus. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great week! Thank you.

Family Trip

We had a great stay - loved all the ammenities in the condo (beach towels/chairs/toys). Communication with the owners was great - they were able to provide suggestions for our trip and checked in multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. They communicated in advance on items that had been repaired that morning prior to our check-in. Great pool area - lacks shade but there are places to put up umbrellas (provided by owner).

Sparkling clean

Our stay was spectacular. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and the property. The beach was amazing. The condo is well supplied with everything you need. The condo overlooks the neighboring condo’s pool. It is a beautiful pool area and a great view. Not a big deal, just a small detail we didn’t know prior to arrival. Just perfect!

We decided to stay in this condo for our annual family beach vacation and we were very satisfied! It met our needs perfectly, and I even appreciated the extras this host and hostess keep in the room. From garbage bags to aluminum foil to storage bags to coffee and the list could go on and on. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! And we LOVED the view and the simplicity of the condo. Not a lot of cluttered decor!

Immaculate condo!

We had an incredible stay in Gulf Shores! This condo is immaculate and well stocked. I was very impressed with the communication from the owner. When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn't working. She immediately had a service technician come to fix the fridge, and a new refrigerator was delivered the next day. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Perfect location on the beach. The only things we found a little confusing were, the pool you see off the balcony does not belong to Beach Palms (the pool for this condo is on the other side of the building), and the pier you can see in the pics is private for the condos next door. Neither things were really an issue, just things I didn’t realize before arriving. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. This place is 10 out of 10, 5 stars, chef’s kiss, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it for your next vacation!

we enjoyed our time at this condo. The only thing we didn't like was the keys. We had to have a key for the elevator and to get to the pool and beach. I understand its for safety. But was a hassle if we all didn't go at the same time. I will have to say this wouldn't keep me from coming back to this condo. The condo and grounds was very nice.Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Great Family Property

Our experience was great with this property. Everything was as expected in reviews and property description. Condo was spacious for our family(4 people total). Location to everything was directly in the middle of everything so you could go right or left on gulf blvd and find restaurants or things to do. Property owner was very quick to respond to anything before and during trip. Everything that you could need is in the condo for preparing food. Only thing that we couldn’t find was a can opener and we emprovised with a bottle opener no problem. Beds were a little firm. Everything was clean and well appointed!

July 4 th trip

The condo is beautiful! Well maintained and clean. Communication with the owner is excellent. Parking spot very convenient to pool and elevator. The pictures online show the neighboring condo's pool from the balcony, which I thought was our pool, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. The condo is located right at the pier of the neighboring building where "hundreds" of bad mouth, drinking teens hung out on July 3 and 4. The local beach police did nothing. 2 kids got beat up, 1 kid fell off pier and broke a leg, and many fireworks were ignited carelessly. The condo security did their best to watch for kids on premises, but they all climbed over the fence or walked in with other vacationers thru the gate to gain access to the street out front. Teens took our chairs and umbrellas that we paid for on the beach . We had to ask them to leave , but they were so close to us near the pier, they pretty much took over the section of the beach in front of this condo. This is in no way any fault of the owners and we would definitely stay here again, just not on July 4 th holiday. Thank you Jaimie and Trevor for a beautiful condo.
