This beautifully curated 4-bedroom, 3-full-bath waterfront retreat was designed to make vacation feel effortless.

Located in the quiet residential beach community of Redington Beach, you’ll enjoy the privacy of your own waterfront home while remaining close to the Gulf beaches, restaurants, cafés, John’s Pass and St. Petersburg.

Inside, soaring wood ceilings, abundant natural light and walls of glass create a relaxed coastal atmosphere overlooking the pool and water.

Coastal Haus comfortably accommodates families, couples and groups with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two private ensuite suites.

Two ensuite bedrooms make the home especially comfortable for multiple families or couples traveling together.

Step outside to your private heated pool overlooking the water, stretch out on the poolside lounge chairs, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee beside the dock.

The fenced outdoor area also features an outdoor shower and BBQ grill, making it easy to spend the entire day outside.

Cast a line from the dock using the fishing rods provided, enjoy cocktails poolside, or simply watch the Florida sky change as the day winds down.

Please note: Guests are welcome to enjoy the private dock and bring their own boat or jet ski. There is plenty of dock space available for securely tying up your watercraft during your stay.

We’ve taken care of the beach gear so you don’t have to.

You’ll find beach chairs, an umbrella, beach buggy, beach bags, beach towels, sunscreen and additional beach accessories ready for your stay.

Load up the buggy and head out for a beautiful day along the Gulf.

Start the morning at our dedicated coffee bar and end the afternoon with something frozen by the pool.

Coastal Haus includes a frozen-drink maker and piña colada mix, plus a thoughtfully equipped kitchen featuring GreenPan cookware and everything needed for easy breakfasts, family dinners and evenings at home.

Outside, fire up the BBQ grill for a relaxed poolside dinner.

Stay together while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of two separate neighboring waterfront homes.

Guest access

The entire Coastal Haus is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Guests have private access to the home, heated pool, poolside lounge area, fenced yard, outdoor shower, BBQ grill and waterfront dock.

You’ll also have access to the home’s beach equipment, fishing rods, coffee bar, kitchen, game area and full-size washer and dryer.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the private dock and bring their own boat or jet ski. There is plenty of dock space available for securely tying up your watercraft during your stay.

Beach equipment, towels and many everyday essentials are provided. Your welcome basket, wine and other thoughtful touches will be waiting when you arrive.

The home is located in Redington Beach, a predominantly residential waterfront beach community, offering a quieter neighborhood feel while keeping you close to Gulf beaches, restaurants, cafés and area attractions.

Private concierge experiences are optional, subject to availability and arranged separately.
