Welcome to Indian Rocks Beach
Our city stretches less than three miles along the Gulf of Mexico and, like its neighboring barrier islands, waterfront property faces either the Gulf or the Intracoastal Waterway. At some points along this narrow piece of land you can even view both bodies of water.

A quiet town of approximately 4,000, Indian Rocks Beach was initially developed in the 1920’s as a weekend getaway destination for wealthy inland Florida residents. Its 2.7 miles of beachfront are popular with all ages and between its array of motels and condominiums there are more than 20 convenient beach access points.

?Our easily accessible beaches and intracoastal waterways provide an array of enjoyable activities for residents and visitors alike. Whether you swim, fish, boat or just sunbathe there are an endless number of amenities available for your pleasure.

Place was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. Access was simple and host had good communication. Need better blinds or curtains for the bedroom, the room is bright at night from the lights outside. Also wish there was a little more hot water, not enough for two people to shower back to back. It runs out very fast on the second person.

The property location was great, property needs some TLC

This little place's location was great! With access to the beach within steps of the property. Unfortunately there was issues with the property. Upon checking in we opened the door and immediately the smell of marijuana hit us, along with an empty blunt wrapper package on the porch. The shower stall was extremely small. The kitchen had limited cookware for preparing meals to dine in if you are budgeting. The refrigerator was not full sized making it limited on the amount of drinks and food to be kept there. The freezer was also small and made keeping ice for coolers and drinks difficult.We brought chairs for the kids and left them outside the property and they were moved to various other rentals on the property. The laundry facility was nice, the outside shower was not accessible, I believe it was under repair possibly. Trying to keep in mind this area was hit hard by Hurricanes last year, it was an ok property. Yet again the walking distance to the beach and entertainment and shopping was convenient, but the property was in need of some attention and care.

It was fine for short stay

It was small, not well stocked. Saw a couple of large bugs. Some amenities listed were not available (dishwasher) or hard to find-instructions not clear or provided. Size was OK for 2 people, I don’t recommend more.

Needs some attention

Cracked glass closet door (should be replaced or at least taped so glass doesn’t fall out), toilet ran and had to remove tank cover and fiddle with flapper valve multiple times, bulb out in bathroom, unable to lock the front door (had to put valuables in car till handyman came and replaced battery in keypad unit), gash on living room wall with missing paint and exposed plaster, TV in bedroom never even able to be turned on (gave up trying), TV in living room turned on but without the owner putting Roku in “guest mode” not able to stream any channels. It was just one thing after another. Unit needs attention.

It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained.

We enjoyed its casual atmosphere, being one minute from beach, and on the Golf Blvd strip..so entertaining! Construction was going on to repair hurricane damage but the crew was courteous and not bothersome. Although grounds outside could have been cleaned up a bit. Fun place to stay!

Location great for beach & restaurants. On a busy road, lots of noise. Quaint place. Needs blackout shades for bedroom. Lights from traffic & surrounding properties always shinning in room. . Great response from management.

Great relaxing vacation spot

The house was a perfect oasis that was only a 1 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. were all provided for us at the house. It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Just minutes from at least 4-5 of the best restaurants for relaxing or watching the game. Ice cream right across the street. Quiet neighborhood. 10 stars from this girl. We will be back.
