  • The Condor Nest is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, plus loft with a queen sleeper couch. Over 2300 sq. ft. private home in delightful downtown Dunedin! Front and back porches. Less than a five-minute walk from downtown’s-breweries, shops, parks, restaurants and marina. We also have the waterfront at the end of our street and incredible sunsets along historical Victoria Drive. Jump on the Pinellas biking trail (45 miles) across the street and explore our great little town! Also, a short drive or trolley ride to Caladesi Island or Clearwater Beach.

Great location so happy to walk many places to visit and experience. I especially enjoyed the late afternoon walks to watch the beautiful sunsets.Home was cozy, clean, and had the essentials needed for our stay.

The house was beautiful and in walking distance from so many things ! The beaches are a short drive. The one thing I didn’t see on the listing is that the pool, hot tub and fire pit are shared with a two unit townhome and they have hours on the pool. You’re right by the main road and the brewery next door play live music on Saturday that you can hear through the whole house.

This is the second time we have stayed at a home hosted by this owner. The house was fantastic. Super clean, all the rooms had everything we needed, and it was central to all the things Dunedin has to offer. This is definitely our “go to” place for future trips to the area.

Perfect vacation location

The house is well cared for and perfect for a family. The swimming pool and amenities offered by the hosts are fantastic. The house is always so clean and comfortable, they make it feel like home.

Great experience....

We truly enjoyed the stay at this property. Close to Downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Beach and wonderful walks along the Gulf of Mexico. We look forward to doing this again next year.

Stay & Play Vacay

We had a fantastic stay in Dunedin. The condo had everything you could ask for and its location is just perfect. The downtown Dunedin vibe was amazing and offered lots of fun things to do. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great lay out for family of 2 adult children with spouses and a 2 yr old. Pool was used often and also enjoyed hot tub one evening. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and park— easy 12 min drive to Honeymoon beach which is in good shape after fall 2024 hurricanes. All around great vacation stay!
