Great location to enjoy Tarpon Springs

My sister and I had a wonderful time in Tarpon Springs...we rented bikes and rode to Clearwater Beach, we loved the Greek neighborhoods arestauraunts

Tarpon Springs stay

Very clean and spacious. We were just 2 people but it had many beds we did not use, would be great for a large group. Thanks for your hospitality!

Good no frills property

Great place for budget minded family. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of beds for family and friends. 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath very nice to have. The listing pictures need to be updated.

Pictures don't show exactly how spacious and cozy this house is. Owner was very prompt and courteous to answer and correct any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a big house! All tile floors with a large kitchen/dining/ room living room. The bedrooms are large as well. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Vacation

The property was very accurate to the listing and fit our needs for our family. The host was not easy to reach initially but was easy to reach after our first day. We were the first guests so it was understandable and not a factor overall. We ultimately enjoyed our stay.

Dirty. Not as advertised

House was dirty. Swifer mop hanging in hall with dirty pad that you had to touch to get by. Dirty looking towels hanging on stove handle. Rags they used to clean left on kitchen counter. Beds and other furniture looked dirty. No towel in 3rd bathroom. Neighborhood in the hood. Didn’t look safe. False advertising for sure. We didn’t even stay. Too dirty and unsafe looking area.

Very spacious

This spacious home was a great place for us all to spread out when my 3 young adult grandchildren came to FL for a week. The inside is nice. The kitchen is newly remodeled and it was great to have privacy in the bedrooms. Each bedroom is down a hallway..has its own 'wing'...and bathroom. The refrigerator is new and large with ice and water available on the door. We had some issues at check-in but the owners made it right with me. Apparently a recent storm blew out the entry keypad...along with the A/C in my bedroom, and I'm sure they will get that repaired soon.The floors looked clean, but we all were not happy with how dirty our feet got while walking around barefooted inside the home. Easily remedied with a shower of course!This is a great location in Tarpon Springs, where we spent a couple of days doing many fun things, along with taking the boat ride out of Tarpon to see dolphins.

Disappointing and Digusting

This is the first VRBO I booked myself and it may be the last. The “cozy” ended up being a desperate mismatched dysfunctional house that is aiming for as many beds to offer- day bed opened up in the dining room. The master bath had hair in the tub and sink area, I couldn’t reach the master bedroom light without standing on the bed precariously- so I worked in the dark. My sister’s mattress was beyond disgusting when she took off the mattress cover by accident after 2 nights sleep- after she found several press on nails in her bed. The linens and towels were a hodge podge of mix matched inequal counts of orphans. The front and back yard are in disrepair- no chance of sitting outside to enjoy. No photos of either should have been a sign. The rocker had an enormous cushion that would cause me to fall off and the legs of this rocker were dog chewed. The one plus was the house was open and we did enjoy our own rooms and bathrooms. Stay away - the Hampton was the same price and I could have not been so disappointed Please allow me to send photos.
