One bedroom one bathroom unit in a small complex of vacation rentals. On site

there is a heated pool, fishing pier, grill and laundry facilities. A block

and a half to the west are the sugar white sands of Clearwater Beach, looking

east over the inner coastal waterway (on which the complex sits) you will

often see dolphins and manatees from the fishing pier. There is a multitude of

dining options within a five minute walk or if you prefer to cook at home

there is a fully stocked kitchen.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We had the most amazing week here. The condo was SPOTLESS, which is important to me, and was decorated so nicely. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was so nice and the view from the dock was beautiful and peaceful. The location couldn't have been better. We could walk to everything. We were there for Spring training so the only drive we did was to the games and one dinner that wasn't within walking distance. George, the owner, was very attentive and so nice. I highly recommend staying here.

This property is amazing! It is renovated very recently, and was super clean. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, with enough space in the living area, kitchen and bedroom. We love the location - just above the busy part of the island and close enough to walk anywhere. The property has a beautiful heated pool, and also a dock on the bay side. We had breakfast overlooking the bay every morning. We will definitely be back!

I honestly can not give this place enough stars. From the amazing location, all the way to cleaness inside. Everything was absolutely PERFECT! This was suppose to be a quick weekend for my husband and I. And the whole time we kept saying, "this would be perfect for the kids". We got to watch a beautful sunrise in the morning, and dolphins in the evening. The remodel on this home was done beautifully. We will be back soon!

Peaceful paradise

Great place, broken toilet

From day one the toilet ran, leak in the flushing mechanism? Told the on site manager, she said, it's still not working? They were in there yesterday. Had them come back twice, no luck. This is a toilet I'm talking about. She came in and looked at it running and stated "maybe that's what it is supposed to do " She said she was going to contact the owner. Instead of getting scalded showering, we got used to blocking the water when the toilet ran.

Great location and property

There were 2 of us for a girls weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The kitchen has basic supplies. Pretty minimal, but it worked for our needs. The pool is heated and right outside the front door. We loved the intimacy of this property with the pool and a lounging area right in the center. I'm not sure how many units are on the property. I'm guessing about 12 so it wasn't overly crowded or too big to get from unit to pool to dock to office. The private dock was nice to relax out there. The resort is in an ideal location with the beach, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We would definitely return to this property if we're in the area again. Staff working at the property were nice. Thanks!

Blue paradise

If you want the true feel of Clearwater, this is the perfect place. It is walking distance to everything you need...restaurants and bars, the beach and the marina. And because its off the intercoastal you get a beautiful sunrise every morning. And Amy the location manager is very friendly and always there if you have any questions. The room we had was just the right size for a couple. We will be staying there again.

Perfect getaway spot with incredible location!

This place was exactly what I needed regarding suave, location, and amenities. It was too cold for the beach. The well heated pool was perfect! I came with a buddy and the set up in the condo was perfect. The kitchen was super convenient. The regular snowbirds that we chatted with at the pool were so friendly and welcoming as well!

Great property and location

This was a great property to stay at. It was a block from the main strip, 2 blocks from the beach, and on the inlet. The property was super clean and everyone was super nice. Only thing was there is a dispensery right across the street which is a night hot spot so was busy till 2am and made it hard to sleep especially if you are a light sleeper. I would 100% stay here again.

Great Location

This property worked well for my husband and I during our long weekend trip to Clearwater. It's a very short walk from property to the beach and the bars and restaurants (we at at Clear Sky Cafe for breakfast all three mornings of our stay - just 3 blocks away!). The unit was clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. There's a full length mirror, which is always a plus! One note is that it doesn't get SUPER dark in the bedroom (white slat blinds) - I would recommend the owner get some blackout blinds, or that guests who are sensitive to light bring an eye mask. Otherwise, great stay.

End of summer getaway

The process of booking our room was super easy and simple! Susan was amazing and super helpful at the front desk when asked about the checkout process, local restaurants, etc. The location was perfect as we had easy access to the pool, walking distance from the beach and local shops! Our room was very clean and had towels, kitchen utensils, and plenty of space for our week long essentials! We definitely recommend staying here and we plan to be back next year!

Perfect get away

My husband and I have a great time here! It was in a perfect location with the beach and restaurants in walking distant! The manager of this property was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The place was clean and they provided everything you needed for a day at the beach. We would for sure stay again!
