Detta rymliga, välutrustade och kontinuerligt uppdaterade hem ligger ett kvarter från stranden och är helt perfekt för en familj orienterad semester. Denna enhet är "premiär" -enheten i Park Place som ligger på 605 Poinsettia Ave # 8, Clearwater Beach. Denna ändenhet har spektakulär fri, panoramautsikt över bukten och inre kustvägen. Detta var utvecklarens personliga bostad och har blivit vackert inredda med anpassat träverk, skåp, high-end armaturer och en vacker anpassad trappa. Stor omsorg har tagits för att dekorera och förse dig med en lyxig badortsmiljö. Du kommer att ha allt du behöver för din semester tillflyktsort. Denna eleganta, obefläckat rena, "hem hemifrån" har ett stort dubbelt garage, 4 sovrum (1 kung / 2 queen / 1 queen / 1 "twin över full" våningssäng). Inkluderar alla sängkläder och handdukar PLUS jämnt badlakan! Allt du behöver ta med är din baddräkt och tandborste!

Koppla av och njut av de magnifika solnedgångarna över Mexikanska golfen medan du kopplar av i bubbelpoolen eller grillar på takterrassen på taket. En privat hiss tar dig till alla fem våningar! Lyxiga funktioner inkluderar bänkskivor i granit i köket och badrum, ett gourmetkök med rostfria vitvaror. Vardagsrummet har mjuka plush läder möbler, en plattskärms-kabel-TV, DVD-spelare, Wi-Fi höghastighetsinternet. En ny Weber grill finns i garage för din användning.

Befälhavaren badrummet har en stor bubbelbadkar och europeisk stil tung glas duschkabin med dubbla duschkablar. Alla rum har allergivänlig kakel och laminatgolv.

Taket har allt för din bekvämlighet - utomhusmöbler, privat takbastu (med vattenfall). Börja dagen med visioner av en vacker soluppgång i öster över Clearwater Harbor och njut av kvällsbrisen, blinkande ljus och spektakulära solnedgångar över bukten!

Det finns två cyklar för ditt "ridglädje!" Beach objekt finns också för din bekvämlighet: strandstolar, handdukar, paraplyer, sandleksaker och en "sandvagn" för att dra det hela till stranden !!

The host was communicating right away after booking and throughout the stay with any questions. Found it odd the tennant contract required names and DOB of all guests but not a big deal.The house has a ton of stairs (as clearly noted in the booking) and the elevator was working as directed. Rooms were clean and most had fans which is great because it really got warm with the layout and limit on AC to 71 degrees. House was clean for the most part but bed mattress pads were clearly not laundered between visits.Amenities were as advertised with a small set of items left behind by former guests. Wish they had a better way to secure the main front door from inside (keypad entry only).Perfect location just a block from Reefers bar and pub and a short walk to some other hot spots. Maybe a 2 min walk to the sand. House is well stocked with beach items and towels. Bring your own can coozie and coffee thermos. Not majorly stocked with paper goods, disposable dishware or trash bags, which was also mentioned in tbe booking.All dishware was glass. Not great for on the hot tub deck or beach side, some plastic would be helpful especially with a house this size. We made due.Host asked us to manage trash bins even though they paid for a service to do it for them. Not a big deal except we didnt know which bins to bring up or where to put them. Also didnt ask...so left them at the curb like almost all other tenants in the bldg.Nice place, great host. Will return!

This was the perfect location for our getaway: a block from the beach, and minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium ( the focus of the trip for our 7-year old granddaughters who are nuts about dolphins). The place was immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had all the features we needed. The deck had stunning views (and a hot tub where my grandson spent lots of time). My only caution for prospective renters is to be aware that there are three floors (the roof deck and spa are on floor #4), so there are lots of steps when you need to run up to the bedrooms and back down. If you have knee issues, there is an elevator (a great feature!), but it is slow.

What a great place to stay..... We spent Christmas week 2025 at this house and had an absolute wonderful time and so close to everything you could possibly need. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, 5 minutes to downtown with dozens of restaurants, shops, stores, anything at all. The hosts were incredible, I bothered them to no end and they were always quick to reply and very helpful. Directions and house instructions were very clear and easy. The house had everything you would need as well, including an elevator (comes in handy for the 5 levels) and a new private hot tub. We could watch both the sunrises and sunsets from the private top floor deck. The pictures do not do this house justice, it is better than shown and location is the best on the beach....... You cannot go wrong with this house, everything was a 10 out of 10.

Perfect for our family of 10, everyone had a bed to sleep in. Usually, "sleeps 10" means 2 people are on a pull out couch. Very nicely supplied with everything you need for the beach: chairs, floats, sand toys, shade tent and a wagon. Great location, very walkable to beach, restaurants, shops, parks, pier and bus stop if you want to venture further. Host was quick to reply to any questions. Enjoyed our stay!

I called to complain about the hot tub because it was unusable, the water level was below the Jets, and it smelled, and there’s no way we’re gonna use it… I tried to explain it to the owner or whoever answered the phone and they got irritated with me. They said that it was going to be today and it was which was another problem because we were all out and somebody was leading to the house with all of our properties there, I wish we had been told somebody was gonna be there, and however, they served the hot tub. It made no difference.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a very safe, nice part of town and only a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and the wagon. The only complaints I have is the hot tub is not in great shape and wasn’t very inviting to want to get in because of the look of the hot tub. Also, it was advertised that there were 2 bicycles, but when I asked about the bicycles, I was told they were damaged in the hurricane and had not been replaced yet. So that might need updated on the listing.

This was an amazing family vacation! Wonderful condo with helpful and responsive host, almost everything you could want for a good time, great location only a short walk to pickleball, a park, perfect beach and good restaurants! Short drive to pool and recreation. Every family member from 4-64 years old had a great time. Would visit again!

amazing property. 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Big garage and the roof terrace....wow! The best views ever and a hot/cool tub to relax in too. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location too and everything supplied to make walking the 2 min walk to the beach a breeze! We will 100% be back and stay for longer next time.Thank you to the owners for such a lovely stay and we will hopefully return all the way from the UK in 3 years! (Wish it could be sooner)

This is our second time staying here and we would definitely come back again. The living room and kitchen area were ideal for our family of six. Everything we needed to make breakfast each morning in the kitchen and plenty of seating for all of us to watch a movie in the evening. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space for our clothes with dressers in each room (this was lacking in our last rental). The beds were comfortable and the house clean and well maintained. The rooftop area is an added bonus. But some of the standouts for this rental were 1. The location - 2 blocks from the beach2. In front of the new pickle ball courts (paddles and balls are provided in the rental)3. One block from the community pool (perfect after a beach day)4. Provided beach towels (great since we flew in and did not need to pack them)5. Beach equipment (canopy for our large group, beach wagon, floats, 6 very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs)6. Walking distance to everything, great restaurants right down the street - highly recommend Clear Sky and Mint Fox for ice cream.

Nice condo with private elevator accessibility to all 5 levels, 2 minute walk to beach, great view from the rooftop. Grandkids had a blast going to beach 2-3 times a day. We were able to have home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely be happy to stay here on any future trips to Clearwater Beach.

Great location with spectacular views.

Cool set up, convenient location and the elevator saves you from several stair climbs. Close to the beach and strip, my family made memories and had a great stay and time. Loved everything about the whole trip.

Location is amazing! This place is huge and plenty of room for everyone. It is a short block or so to the beach and fantastic beach side restaurants. There are many floors to this place - the elevator works fine just read and follow the directions. Everything is really nice - it is heavily used so some things are getting worn but overall it is a nice place and we had a blast. The rooftop terrace really enhances your experience.

What a great property. Cannot wait to come back again. The house was in perfect condition and well stocked kitchen. Beach gear for all ages! Adam (owner) responded back immediately when we called with a question. Great Hot Tub and patio on roof with sunset views for days! The real BONUS is the location! Our family ages ranged from 1 to 89. This worked for all. Across the street from pickleball courts and playground. 1/2 block from community pool. 2 blocks from Clearwater beach and 2 blocks to the bay. 3 blocks to downtown shops and restaurants, the Palm Pavilion and Frenchies! Enjoyed being on the quieter and less crowded end of Clearwater.

Beach view without the price

We had an amazing time sitting on the roof top. We could even see the sunsets. The beach is a short walk away. We were able to enjoy food and live music with a short walk. The place was clean and quiet.
