Nice getaway!

First night was rough, but the rest of our trip was amazing! Beautiful view! Beautiful beach! Tiki Bar is a great addition! Clean establishment. Limited parking on property.

Ocean view

The ocean view was wonderful. The inn was very clean and tiki bar was fun. The pool was very nice as well.If I were to give some teeny tiny suggestions- it would be the bed spread needs to be replaced and the walls need to be painted with a different color trim might make it look refreshed. Couch and some furnishing are a bit tried, but coffee maker very nice.It was a great place!

Relaxing

The condo was exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Perfect location for us. Easy walk to Publix and a couple restaurants. Everyone at the condo and Tiki Bar are friendly. The beach wasn't too crowded. We love coming to Island Inn!

We did have a good stay. The only issue was there was a slight musty odor when we arrived. We also pulled out a spare comforter and it was dirty. I still give it a solid 4. Hopefully Treasure Island can totally recover soon.

Amazing Location, Great Value

To me, this is the perfect spot to stay when you want to go truly enjoy the beach/area for a reasonable cost and don’t need the convenience/luxury of a nice hotel. We are a childless couple in our late 30s and were traveling for a wedding/extra chill days and it was just right for us. We will be back. Pros: - literally on the beach, a very nice part of it. Our 4th floor room had a balcony overlooking a beautiful beach - great value compared to other spots nearby - friendly staff - pretty clean - comfortable bed/couch/dining set (minus flat pillows) - Nice kitchenette. We didn’t use it for much but it was well-equipped - We didn’t try the tiki bar or pool, but it looked great - Parking is easy, free for 1 vehicle, and on premises Cons: - TV is small, old, and not smart. You shouldn’t be wasting your time on tv here anyway :) - The listing said coffee was provided but I arrived and there was none. They resolved it the next morning. Things to know: - soap, shampoo, etc is enough for like 1 use, not as much as you’d get in a hotel and not replenished - If maintenance or anyone needs to enter your room for some reason while you’re gone, it will deactivate your room keys.

Perfection

The condo was perfect. I came down for a wedding. My husband couldn’t make it, but it would be perfect for a couple (even with one or two small children). It isn’t boujee, it is simple, and stocked with all your needs. It is a little dated, but I was looking for comfort and location, so it was ideal. The bed was comfortable(didn’t check the pullout) The staff was so friendly. Sonya at the front desk was a sweetheart. My questions through text were answered immediately. The tiki bar was convenient. Limited food, but yummy. The view
.hands down the best. I had great weather, so I watched God’s beautiful paintings every evening. Breathtaking. The beach was clean. I’ve visited Florida probably 40 times and stayed on all sides and all over. I would book here again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Fantastic location

Locatoon, location, location! The biilding is right on the beach, and we enjoyed walking straight out and leaving the world behind. The balcony is relaxing to sit with coffee and watch for dolphins. Shopping and dining are short distances. We thoroughly enjoyed the brief escape from every day life and look forward to returning.

We stayed in room 323, it was not the same room as pictured in the listing, so be aware when you book. I will say this room was a nicer layout though. The pillows were horrible, way too flat, we almost just went and bought pillows. It could have been cleaner as well, the comforter had dried mustard or something on it, it probably hadn’t been washed we were a little grossed out. The convenience of being on the beach and the gulf view made up for some of those things. We were able to rent umbrellas and chairs right there on the beach and that was nice too. I would stay here again.

Great location. Room was not what was pictured- no couch or table to eat at. Room smelled moldy

The location of this condo was great. Pool was nice and having private balcony was fantastic. Room was not at all what the picture was. I purposely booked with a couch so we could sit somewhere besides the bed and there was no couch. No small dining table and no ceiling fan. Room smelled moldy and could have been cleaner. Doors were dirty and could use a good wipe down. Had no hot water one early morning and had to take a cold shower to be on time to scheduled activity. I hate to complain but it definitely didn’t meet my expectations.

Not Clean Enough

Beautiful view, nice beach. Uncomfortable balcony furniture and the cleaning crew needs improvement!! As mentioned by others, it has a musty odor. Bed was comfortable. If there are other choices for your stay, take one, but if you need a place to stay in this area on the beach, it will work.

Very relaxing with incredible sunsets!

Loved our comfortable room and private balcony overlooking the ocean with aquamarine gulf blues and white sand. The grounds were well kept and the island girl tiki hut next to pool was over the top fun. Cabanas and umbrellas were next to beach and were well priced. Enjoy!

The building itself is fine. It's scheduled for a large reno this year. The room is run down and very dated. It needs a full makeover. The location and beach access is the top feature of this property.

Good place to stay for the beach

The room was in a good location with a quiet and safe neighborhood. The sunset view from the balcony was beautiful. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend quality time by the gulf.
