Dolphin Point has been updated (2021) with new stainless-steel appliances, all new furnishings and flooring. You will be very comfortable in this condo with its new, modern three-piece leather sofa group, Samsung 65" 4k TV, an expansive wood and quartz island with seating for three, a separate dining room that seats 6-10 and two full baths with essentials. The master suite has a king bed and two bedside tables with usb ports and full-size dresser with mirror. There are two large closets and a private bath with Roman tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with tall dresser, side table and large closet. The third bedroom is configured more as an office with desk and external monitor - but does have a trundle twin bed with shelving and a large closet. This configuration easily accommodates 2-4 people with an occasional guest.

Other amenities include a Samsung gas air-fryer range, 36" French door style refrigerator and plenty of cabinet storage with fully stocked kitchen essentials. There is also a small bar area with glassware and an integrated 24 bottle wine cooler. There is a separate laundry room featuring stacked full size Samsung W/D units and a laundry folding counter.

Entering the luxurious waterfront community, "Grand Venezia" from Bellaire Road just off of Rte 19 in Clearwater, Florida, you will arrive at the Bay Watch 24/7 gatehouse. Once you pass through the wrought iron gates and stone carved signs, the Villa Rialto $2M clubhouse reveals its opulent self, surrounded in lush vegetation and palm trees. The entire community is beautifully landscaped and tropical. The clubhouse offers a large resort style geo-thermal pool, Jacuzzi, 24/7 fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment and business center. The property has a cobblestone lighted walking path along the waterfront where you will find comfortable seating in the gazebos, park benches to stop and enjoy the water views, fire pits for gathering and picnic tables outside each building with charcoal grills cleaned daily by staff.

Located in a beautifully landscaped resort setting, this unit offers the security of a gated 27/7 community in the sunshine and tropical setting of Florida. The Grand Venezia resort is centrally located in Clearwater, FL just 16 miles west of Tampa International Airport and 8 miles from the famous white sand of Clearwater Beach. Within 30 minutes of St. Petersburg, aquarium, museums and sports stadiums.

I enjoyed everyday of my stay at this property. It is a very peaceful yet active complex. The views from this unit are some of the best from the entire complex. I hope I am able to return in the future!

Beautiful Condo and Views!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The community is gated and very secure. The condo is nicely decorated, large, and very comfortable. The views are AMAZING. We watched birds, dolphins, and even the occasional manatee from the balcony. It must be one of the best views in the complex. As a special treat for my daughter, there are adorable bunnies everywhere when you go for walks. Great stay. Highly recommend. Conveniently located right off of US19, but super quiet.

Perfect Holiday Location and Condo

Thanks to Robert we had, as a family, one of the best holiday stays ever. The condo is fully equipped, has perfect working Internet (WiFi) and a TV with a full cable connection (all channels possible). Robert was really caring and every question or small problem we encountered was promptly addressed by him. We got a ton of suggestions what the recreational possibilities were. When one of the ceiling fans broke down he had it immediately replaced by a brand new one, even installed an extra one on the balcony. The AC is perfectly working and keeps the condo on a very nice temperature. During the upcoming Hurricane Idalia we unfortunately had to evacuate. Only for a short period. Robert took care of securing the condo and ensured he would provide accurate housing if the condo would be damaged beyond use during the hurricane. Fortunately it was not necessary and we could finish our stay there unharmed. Would book it again without any doubts.

Great vacation condo, property and views!

We stayed at this property for a month and loved every minute of it! The condo was spacious and updated with amazing views. In the evenings we spotted dolphins and manatees at play from the balcony. The overall property was clean, safe and close to everything. The resort style pool was beautiful and the on property staff were helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone.

Spectacular views

We stayed at this clean, inviting and nicely renovated 3rd floor condo for 2 months. The condo is in a gated community just off Route 19 and this condo is several buildings in so you really don't hear street noise. The views are, by far, the best feature and you have them from every window, but are really spectacular from the balcony. Whenever the winds weren’t too strong, we could be found enjoying the spacious balcony and watching the boats, fishermen, dolphins, spoonbills, hawks and other wildlife. We didn't spend much time at the pool, but it is large and heated and, with the exception of winter break week, never really seemed crowded. The neighboring sister property has been undergoing massive renovations, but you only encountered the noise from that when you walked on the path that goes through both properties. The property is very well maintained as they attend to the shrubs, lawns and any debris daily as well as pressure washing of the halls, pool area and walking paths regularly. One of us works remotely and had no issues with the wifi during our stay, though cell signals were oddly inconsistent. The condo owners are responsive and very pleasant and graciously offered us and the folks renting their other unit the use of their kayaks and their garage for storage. If you get out onto the water, which is pretty shallow for quite a ways, you may also encounter stingrays swimming right beneath you and dolphins right in front of you which was such a treat. We saw dolphins nearly every day, but on our last day there we were lucky enough to see dolphins training their young and that was truly a great ending to our stay.
