Welcome to Clearwater! Nestled on a quiet street, and only 5 Minutes from the beach. This centrally located private house is very spacious; It can sleep up to 10 people! With so much to do in the surrounding areas, you'll find why this home is the perfect home away from home.
Plenty of parking space in a private driveway so you and your family/friends can all enjoy the space. The house is tastefully decorated, and very comfortable for everyone.

All Bedrooms have Queen beds with smart TV's mounted to the walls. Beautiful natural light pours into the home. Outdoor dining area with umbrella, Edison bulbs, fire pits for your entertainment.

We walked into a bright modern living room that was exactly like the picture. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the whole place very clean.As soon as we firm up our baseball dates for next year, I'll be booking this place again!!

Pre-rentalCommunications were all clear, concise, and courteous. Andy was quick to respond and the arrangements went smoothly. Arrival details were clear. House rules were clearly spelled out and very reasonable. First ImpressionsArea is attractive, just on the outskirts of downtown Clearwater. Shopping and restaurants nearby. The house is about the same distance from Clearwater and Dunedin. We find Clearwater nice and Dunedin charming, so this was good for us. As can be seen in the description, the house isn’t all that large (at least compared to our own home – 2600 ft2). But the layout is open and well organized, so it seems spacious. Furnishings, appliances, and kitchenware are all first rate and 100% working. One surprise was that there is no dishwasher; not a big deal, and clearly stated in the specs.All the equipment and supplies were as described, and in good order. one hings to be aware of:While the house isn’t “unfriendly”, people with mobility limitations may have trouble here and there, as the furnishing are all “standard”, not specifically designed for accessibility. My wife has some mobility limits due to arthritis and had minor difficulties. And anyone with significant mobility issues should probably look elsewhere. Wrapping it up...Wife and son were also delighted. So all in all we were very pleased!

The host interactions could have been better, Toaster would have been nicer through out our stay, we did finagling get one on the day before we were leaving.only 4 forks, no can opener.. we wanted to go kayaking, we only got to go once. It took forever for a response to questions about the house.

Long weekend in Clearwater

The house was very clean. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The AC isnt great. In order to keep the bedrooms cool, the front of the house is freezing. While we weren't there for long periods of time, we could have used a more efficient wireless connection. We couldn't watch tv without it buffering. I couldn't use my ipad while the tv was on. The yard is huge! But we couldnt find an outlet to plug the lights in. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay - its location is close to everything. The decor is cute. We enjoyed our time here.

Family Stay

Thank you for a great stay! I came to the area for a short family get together. I booked last minute but received all details super fast. The place was just as described. Super easy check in. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to get to the beach. Quick walk to the end of the street to catch the sunset at a public access point. Had everything we needed (ex. Towels, extra blankets, soap, pots/pans, ect. ) Would definitely stay again if in the area.

WiFi doesn’t work so tv in and out every 5 minutes

WiFi was in and out non stop. We could only watch March madness 10 minutes at a time. Not a great area. Need to Uber everywhere. Nothing in walking distance. They had outdoor lights however no where to plug them in. No dishwasher. Not well thought out for a rental. Not enough supplies, had limited towels blankets and detergent. All the drains were clogged. Definitely expected better for the price. Would not go back.

Great spot for our group needing to be close to Coachman Park

Our host was truly amazing. Tons of quick, clear and patient communication. I had lots of requests and changes leading up to and at check in. He was super nice, very patient and flexible within the posted guidelines. Our stay was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, nice kitchen space, nice outdoor space, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms. I would stay here again.

Cute and Clean

Very well-kept property, cute and clean. Better for smaller groups or couples. One of the rooms has a little couch in it and it doesn't pull out to an adult size bed. Property manager very approachable. Walking distance to downtown.

Great House!

Very nice and Clean. 3 large beds in their own rooms, plus a pull out bed in a 4th bedroom/office. The couch in the living room also pulls out if needed. Kitchen was well equipped, and a pool table right in the middle of everything was cool! 3 full bathrooms (2 off hallways and one attached to master bedroom) were clean, in good working condition, and stocked with necessities. Large driveway for several cars if needed. Good size yard as well. Could get downtown in a few minutes, and over the bridge to the beach in 5-10 minutes. If heading north to Palm Harbor or Tarpon, easy access to Alt 19. About a 30 min ride from Tampa airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Great!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The house was great, had a fantastic yard and some nice remodeling work! It was a little farther from the beach than listed, but it wasn’t a bad drive. The AC did freeze at one point, but we were able to fix it by just leaving it off for a night(we did go crazy with the low temperatures).

Great stay!

Great little place to stay! Clean with lots of natural light. Big fenced in backyard was fantastic for outdoor dining and for the kiddos to run around and play. Also, amazing water pressure in the showers, which may seem like an odd thing to comment on, but if you know, you know!! Pool table and little bistro greenery wall was a nice perk and added to the family fun! Also, Ryan, the property manager was super responsive and helpful. Two thumbs up!
