Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the top floor in this 2 bed, 2 bath condo!

Beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo on the top floor of this attractive 25-unit complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sunsets and watching for dolphins from the comfort of your balcony or walk the many miles of sandy beaches. The bedrooms are on the bay side of the condo and have small balconies to enjoy sweeping views of the tranquil bay waters and dazzling night lights. The oversized living room has a sofa with chaise and 2 reclining chairs. There is also a desk that converts to a queen size murphy bed.
The heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by palms and tropical tiki huts if you prefer to spend some time by the pool. There is a gas grill also available for your use in the pool area. If you prefer to eat out, there are many great choices within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved parking space. There are visitor spaces available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed.

Property was exactly as described & even had a surprise closet full of all your beach essentials! (chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas) Was very clean & all linens smelled fresh! Beautiful view every morning too! We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a good example about customer expectations. The property is old and tired with miminal upkeep. Thus many of the bad reviews, however knowing this from reviews, I valued the quiet but well located aspects. Close to everything extremely spacious interior, private small outdoor smoking coutyard and it is at a very good cost. The host Paul is wonderful and walkable from train station. If you worry about scuffed floors, chipped walls or bad caulking on tub, this is not your place. I however value the basics more.Tips - key in door needs to be pulled out a smidge to work, bed is 2 singles push together, Jumbo grocery is 3 min walk. Bring cd's if you want music (think it works?), well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful unit, well appointed, very clean, tons of space and natural light. Location is ideal in building on top floor corner unit. Murphy bed was very comfortable, lots of games and books, super soft sheets. Unfortunately it rained 80% of time, but still had a great time. Pool and hot tub area also very clean. THere is one nice grill near pool. Umbrella and beach chairs and toys are in unit. We did the chair rental the one day of sun we had. If a set of chairs is vacant with blue cushions you go ahead and set up and Tim will be by to collect 40 cash or check, discounts for multiple days. We picked this place based upon the pictures and were afraid we would be disappointed as has happened with VRBO. We were not, this place is comfy and beautiful and spacious.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The photos on the website are very accurate. It is a very clean and well-maintained condo unit. We love that it was a corner unit, because there was no noise from the hallways while we were sleeping. The view from the balcony is exceptional! The amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and grounds are very well maintained and secure. We felt right at home, and we will definitely be back!

We loved our time here and only wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was clean, bright, and so spacious! I was very impressed with the amount of living space, and it was wonderful for our family of 6. We enjoyed the nice pool, lovely beach, walking across the street for dinner, and driving down the road for putt putt and feeding baby alligators. A great vacation and highly recommend!

The condo is very nice, comfortable, clean, and enjoyed being that it is a corner unit had windows on three sides. Overlooks the beach off the patio and views of St. Pete from the kitchen.The pool and hot tub area nicely remodeled and clean. Every morning the maintenance crew sprayed and would tidy up the area.Publix and Sprouts grocery are close by, only a five minute drive and restaurants within walking distance. We all enjoyed the condo and would look to book again if vacationing in the area.

From start to finish this was a perfect process! Easy booking, clear instructions, and very quick to respond owner. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. Being right in the beach was amazing. The condo had beach chairs and beach towels that were great and such a treat to not have to worry about. Everything you need is right there!

The condo & location were amazing! Unfortunate timing for our family vacation, they were re-paving the parking lot which was a slight inconvenience and we couldn't sit on the balcony as much as we wanted due to smell/noise, but we would go back to this condo regardless! It was perfectly kept and the beach was wonderful.

Condo was very nice and had a great view overlooking the beach. The beach was not overly crowded and we were surprised to find a closet full of beach gear that included chairs and umbrellas. There are a couple of restaurants across the street and a grocery store only a couple blocks away. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo really did have everything. From beach toys, chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, we were left wanting for nothing. Perfectly clean and obviously impeccably taken care of. Perfectly opulent vacation stay within walking distance of anything you’ll need. Park your car and enjoy your stay!

This place was emasculate no issues what so ever my family and I will be returning . The owner is also super responsive couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Another wonderful stay at an amazing condo that was somehow made even better by absolutely gorgeous renovations (absolutely love the new kitchen and living room). Once again, the condo was perfectly clean, incredibly well stocked, with plentiful bath and beach towels, beach toys, and kitchenware. There is literally not one thing that is wrong with the condo
it’s a perfect 10. The living room and balcony are the perfect spots to take in the gorgeous Madeira Beach sunsets. We loved spending quality family time winding down for the night in the living room with super comfortable sofas, reclining chairs and a large flat screen tv. The new bedroom furniture is gorgeous and the beds are so incredibly comfortable. The condo is also well sound proofed..we never heard anyone from neighboring condos. We saw families this trip who we met during our prior trip (so many families love returning year after year because it really is the perfect condo building). We love being within walking distance of great Mad Beach restaurants. And even though we visit during a holiday week, it never feels crowded at this little slice of Heaven. There’s plenty of space at the beach and pool, and the condo is spacious. After spending several years visiting Madeira Beach, we have found our perfect spot.

My family of 4 had a wonderful time and really loved this condo! It's well worth it to pay more for ocean front because the sound and breeze of the ocean is the best! I loved the decor, very classy but simple! We had everything we needed and more! The beach closet had chairs, buckets, shovels, goggles, umbrella, boogie boards, noodles, etc. They also had a small cooler which was perfect for beverages! We didn't need a large cooler since we could easily get more from the condo. They had plenty of beach towels which was nice so we didn't have to lug them from out of state! The Reef restaurant across the street was delicious! Dockside Dave's was good too! We walked to Caddy's restaurant and enjoyed the ocean views (8 minute walk). Paula was fabulous! Super responsive and helpful! Personally, I liked renting directly from the owner instead of a management company. We hope to return next year! Thank you Paula!

I am a clean freak and it was so nice to get there and find everything just the way I like it! Having the beach towels and chairs was also very convenient! Our family enjoyed staying at Paula’s place at the Seaview very much! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the necessities you’d want for a longer stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs as well. It was spacious for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens. The check-in/check-out process was easy and Paula, the host, provided great communication and was very responsive! Also, the staff on site were helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be going back.
