Chateaux 409 - GULF FRONT Condo - Vacation Goals

Chateaux Condominium’s 1st floor is under construction until mid-March 2026. This is causing noise and vibration throughout the entire building. Discounts for this inconvenience may be available. Please contact us for further information.

Direct Gulf front condo with private balcony is ready to make your vacation dreams come true. This is a One-bedroom, one-bath condo. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and the living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for those with extra guests. Enjoy a full-size kitchen to prepare the perfect beach picnic or family meal that is fully equipped with whatever you may need.
The property has a laundry room on the 1st floor that uses an app with credit card payment. The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed. Please ask your reservations about FREE weekday bicycle use.

Amazing

This unit was perfect. Looks exactly like the pictures! The ocean views were amazing. Kitchen was fully Equipped for cooking. The AC was great! The only downfall was that the TV in the bedroom did not work and since it was the weekend no one available to come fix it. Also the elevator is not working too well. Other than that awesome place and I will definitely be back!

Almost Perfect

Loved the condo, everything was provided…Only thing not available was the elevator. Being on the 4th floor at the very end made it difficult with luggage and being older going up and down was tiring! A discount was given. Would go back if elevator was available.

Easy spot for an easy getaway

This property is exactly as the pictures show- cozy, a bit outdated, but had everything you could need. Kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of linens. The management company was incredibly kind, easy to work with, and responsive. Perfect walk down to the beach and pool. Beach was relatively quiet our entire trip! Only downfall was the noise from the adjacent (and above) condos. You could hear everything! The blowers starting nice and early across the street at the golf course were a bummer too but we were grateful to just be in the Florida sun!

Beautiful Ocean View

Our stay was a great experience. The location on the beach is perfect and it was very clean and comfortable. The management was great and helped us with our luggage because the elevator was being repaired and was out of order. Will stay there again.

Vacation rental at Plumlee condo

This was a beautiful condo with a balcony and oceanfront. We loved the oceanfront and the balcony. We were able to enjoy the beach in the morning and the evening. We spent the afternoon on the balcony, enjoying the view. The condo was perfect for two people! It was exceptionally clean and had great access to the pool and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
