Observera: Det finns ett yttre byggnadsomfattande målningsprojekt planerat till början av augusti till slutet av september, 2019. Det kommer aldrig att behöva gå in i lägenheten, men denna lägenhet kan ha lite arbete som görs direkt utanför balkongen med vissa ställningar som behövs. Poolen kommer att vara öppen och tillgänglig med undantag av 13 september till 16 september 2019.

Las Brisas resort ligger direkt på stränderna och det or��rda vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Denna speciella lägenhet är på viken (vetter inte mot stranden), men ändå, kliver bara ut ytterdörren och ner i hissen, och dina fötter är i den mjuka vita sanden.

Denna andra våning hem har allt du kan önska dig för din familj Florida semester. Med över 1360 kvadratmeter finns det gott om plats för bekvämt att sova upp till åtta personer. Har två stora sovrum, befälhavaren med en king size-säng, och det andra med två queen size-sängar, och en extra queen size-soffa i vardagsrummet. Köket är fullt utrustat för längre vistelser och har mikrovågsugn, mixer, kaffebryggare och brödrost. Full tvättmaskin och torktumlare i tvättstugan för din användning, tre TV-apparater med kabel för att tillfredsställa alla, och lägenheten är utrustad med privat WiFi-internettjänst.

Det privata komplexa utomhusområdet inkluderar en vacker uppvärmd pool med utsikt över stränderna, tiki-hyddor och en härlig picknickområde för en främre radplats till en av de mest otroliga solnedgångarna i världen. Dessutom ingår en reserverad täckt parkeringsplats. Det finns ingen balkong på denna lägenhet.

The pool and beach access were great and the kids enjoyed it. The response time & customer service was fabulous! The ease of check in and responses to questions & problems were very quick and very helpful! That was very much appreciated. The offer of free tickets is great & highly recommend planning ahead & taking advantage of them. We did not, as we did not have time for some of them. The kitchen did not have a coffee cup big enough to brew a full cup, we bought two mugs and left them there for the next guest. We had to buy more dishwasher soap, was only left one pod to use. Also was only given two garbage bags, so plan to take some with you as you cannot leave garbage in the room when leaving and cannot throw boxes down the shoot alone. Plan to buy toilet paper, we were only left two very small partial rolls, 1 partial roll in each bathroom. There is a very bad sulfer odor when you walk in the door, but it went away after being in the condo, so it was very strange. Keep things off the floors. Being on the beach was great!! Having a roadside room was very noisy, the garbage trucks come daily at a very early hour (before 7am) every day even on weekends and they are very, very loud. Not having any kind of balcony was disappointing but we managed. I would say it was a great stay, served a good purpose for the week, but over priced for roadside view and no balcony to enjoy the outside air and view. It is quite a ways from John Pass to walk to. Thank you for a great week!

The condo needed a little TLC. The washer was finicky. There were damages that had not been repaired before our stay. They only provided 4 rolls of tp for 5 people for five nights so ended up having to buy more. There was also beach towels dirty in the washer when we arrived. Staff and neighbors were friendly.

The property was well-maintained. Pool and pool area were very nice. There was daily maintenance of the property by maintenance personnelThe elevator call button at garage level was quirky in that one had to press in a very specific area of the button in order for it to work.The unit was clean on our arrival. Furnishings in the unit were old, worn and dated. Sofa was difficult to sit in. Area rugs were very worn and tattered. Mattresses on the king and queen beds were extremely firm and difficult to sleep in.The lower plug on many electrical wall outlets were not energized. The wall light switch in the bedroom with bunk and twin beds did not work.Washer and dryer were not very functional and made loud noises.The interior ice-maker door in the refrigerator would not latch and flopped around.

my family just stayed here this past week, dont get me wrong the beach is beautiful the house is roomy, a few things people should know is check in was easy texting the host during the day was easy and with replies after Dust the host did not answer but never told us that. the first night getting checked in when we got into the house there was a cockroach on the floor after my husband killed it it made me start thinking “i dont want to take bugs home” so we look trying to see if we see anymore thank god we didnt. as we get ready for bed in the main room there was dirty bedding i texted the host they never replied til the next morning i had to look for other bedding to use for the night. the fan in the main room shakes and makes noise so while trying to sleep it got annoying the showers was nice it was very slippery but roomy. the host should post newer pics bec it didnt look like the photos .

Spacious condo

We enjoyed our stay. The layout worked well for us and was spacious. I did miss that this unit did not have a balcony, that is on me though. It was written in the property description. It didn’t matter much as you are so close to the beach, pool was nice too. The location was great, restaurants to walk to and got our groceries delivered. The property was clean and the host responsive to any questions asked.

First Solo trip

Being on the first floor was awesome! It’s not beachfront view but it doesn’t matter. You aren’t in your room much! Madeira Beach sunsets are the best and I saw beautiful ones every night. The Condo was decorated in beach theme which I loved! Very cute and roomy! Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance. I’ll be back

Nice stay

We got off to a little rocky start with some bugs in the unit but the property management company came out the next morning and sprayed and put bait down. They responded very promptly to our concerns. The unit doesn't face the water, it's a parking lot view, but the pool and beach are amazing. Overall was an excellent stay!

Great Location & Price

The low action was amazing and the beach was calm and warm. The property checkin and check out process was easy. Only thing I had a problem with the parking- you have to park in your designated spot which was a little confusing. I also got a warning from the security on site due to them not seeing my parking tag. They also told me that they have never seen the type of tag I had. That would be my only “complaint”. It didn’t seem as if the security was in sync with the property owners.

Would not book this particular condo again.

Apon check-in walking into the unit, there was an horrible fishy smell. As if someone just cleaned and cooked up fish. Could not get rid of the smell the whole visit. Cleaning was truly bare minimum or non existing. We had not even brought our things to the room and my sons feet was black from walking around the floors. The sealing fans and water sprinklers had clumps of dust on them. Shower heads had built up scum or rust on them. Cooking appliances was bare minimum and had broken handles. Bedding was horrible hard as a rock to sleep on. The last 2 days the ac would not work. Maintenance came and left and still not cool down past 78. Needless to say we spent as much time out of the unit as possible either at the pool/beach or at our family condo on another floor. Condo is very outdated. Wish i would have spent a few hundred dollars more on another unit that at least we would have had a balcony with a view. Very disappointed. Management did say they would send someone to clean and change shower heads but no one came. No compensation for the inconvenience. For the cost of the condo i expected more. Just felt gross and dirty being in there.

Perfect Perfect Perfect Beach weekend

We live about 50 minutes from Maderia Beach but had family in town and thought we'd rent a place on the beach. The location of this condo is perfect to park your car and walk to restaurants and activities. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the condo was. The rooms were all oversized as were the bathrooms. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had an issue trying to get the TV on and I text the host and they sent someone over within 15 mins. AMAZING! Was just the battery in the remote. The condo included all the linens and towels, including beach/pool towels. Which is an added bonus to not have to pack. As others have mentioned this condo does not face the beach so you will hear road noise at night. That didn't bother us. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!
