A fully furnished, SPARKLING CLEAN, studio apartment is waiting for your arrival. Your comfort is our priority. NO HIDDEN HOST FEES, NO CLEANING FEES for our guests. Our daily rates are hard to beat. A queen bed, and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for luggage storage.
The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional which includes the shower.

Your private, covered patio has two chairs and a small table. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Complimentary mangoes from our Mango tree are available in the late spring. Outside lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large, fenced backyard (separate patios, divided by a gate).
There is a daily dog fee (15.00 per night). Please communicate prior to your arrival.

Your comfort is our priority. Three fans will allow for a breeze when outside temperatures exceed 95 plus degrees. Communicate your needs while on the property to allow for immediate assistance. Centrally located in a quiet, family, residential area of St. Petersburg, Florida. The 65 mile Pinellas Hiking and Biking Trail is within walking distance.

Your safety is a priority. EMERGENCY telephone numbers for: fire, medical & police are visually displayed on the refrigerator and in The Guide Book. Treasure Island is 4.0 miles; St. Petersburg Beach, 6.0 miles; Downtown, 8.0 miles; Tampa, 22 miles

Very Pleased
We really enjoyed our stay, we didn’t have to worry about hardly anything. The property was conveniently located for what we were wanting to do. The house was very clean and we had no issues. Our only complaint was the water pressure could have been better and the AC could have produced a stronger breeze. But overall we were very pleased and would stay there again.

The studio apartment is super cute, I really enjoyed the smart TV, Susan was extremely helpful and thoughful, she provided me with snacks, cool drinks and excellent humor. If i ever were to come back down this is for sure the first and only option I'd book, it really felt like home. :D

Small Family Vaca
We loved the area of the neighborhood that had well lit streets for cooler nights to walk the paw baby. The home owner allowed a private gate for our own entrance and key so we could come and go as we wished. There was plenty of room for the two of us with one lab paw baby. There was studio-style setup had everything you needed to be self-sufficient throughout the stay! Thank you for having us 🐾💕

It was very clean and cute. Susan was a wonderful host everything was as described. Bathroom is small but thats what is says in the discretion. It serves it’s purpose. But to be as close to the beach as you are for the price this place was perfect. Would stay again

Great little place!
This space was in a great location, within minutes from everything we needed. The neighborhood was lovely, and the host was very accomodating. One thing that might be good to note is the small bathroom, which was fine for us, but could be difficult for a large person to maneuver!

Susan was an outstanding host!!! Her rental was the perfect size, super clean, and a short 5 min commute to the beaches and restaurants. You cannot beat this price and the hospitality far exceeds what you’ll receive elsewhere. Highly recommend!!!

Good Value
Overall a good value for your dollar. Susan is great and willing to help. Location was good for me as it was close to baseball city. Place has what you need. Water pressure is a bit low. But you are not paying luxury prices.

St Pete Getaway
The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Easy to get downtown, to the Pier, and Treasure Island. It was lovely to have cocktail on the patio in the evening. Our host, Sue, was available for any questions but respected our privacy. All in all, I would definitely recommend.
