Having been to more than a dozen US beaches we have a good idea of what is good and what is bad.
Madeira Norte 313 was very nice. Check-in went well and the people at itrip were quick to respond with any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did not cook so I can’t comment on utensils, pots & pans, etc but the fridge worked fine, nice coffee maker, and laundry machines are great. Beds are comfortable, AC works great, and other facets of condo living were excellent.
Key fobs are provided for access to the elevators and beach access; it’s a security thing and I get it.
Wonderful view, sunsets, easy parking, short walk to the beach. Weekends are busy due to its proximity to the public parking areas but Mon-Fri saw a fraction of people on the beach.
John’s Pass Village (across the street) was slammed on Saturday night. It must be the go-to place to walk about.
Local restaurants are within walking distance to a ten minute drive. The city of St Petersburg is fantastic. Great restaurants, waterfront, and pier. The surprising thing was we saw very little traffic is such a populated area. The locals are laid back and the vacationers we met were friendly.
All in all, we had a flawless week of vacation and will return.
