The Space:

Sunlight pours through soft coastal filters, inviting you to stretch out on the patio as the warm breeze carries the rhythm of Largo’s laid‑back vibe. You can hear the gentle splash of the pool and feel the sand‑kissed air while planning a day at nearby Clearwater or Sand Key beaches. Evenings settle into a calm glow around the fire pit, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This tropical‑inspired home balances easy comfort with the relaxed pace of Florida living.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. A twin air mattress adds a flexible sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom sits off the hallway for convenient access.



Living areas

The open living room is styled with tropical ocean‑inspired décor and comfy seating, creating a welcoming space to relax. Adjacent, an open‑concept dining area gives room for shared meals or planning the day ahead. A Smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen comes equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials, allowing you to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to dinner with local catches. The layout keeps everything within reach, and a dining table nearby makes indoor meals easy, while the patio invites outdoor dining whenever you prefer.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened‑in tiki patio, where a pool invites a refreshing dip at any time. The patio’s outdoor dining setup lets you enjoy meals al fresco under the Florida sky. Beyond the patio, a fully fenced backyard offers lounge seating and a fire pit, ideal for relaxed evenings. Beach essentials are provided, making a quick trip to the shoreline effortless.



Amenities

You’ll find washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are included. Private entrance, free parking for up to four vehicles, and additional street parking add convenience. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock offers flexible arrivals, and the home is pet‑friendly.

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Downtown Largo. The beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key are just a short drive away, and local attractions are within reach, giving you the perfect balance of peaceful downtime and vibrant exploration.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
