• Max occupancy: 6 overnight guests/NO 3rd party bookings are allowed
• No parties or events-fireworks are prohibited
• Non-smoking , non-vaping home inside and outside
• 5-night minimum stay
• Pool heat optional fee (winter months only)
• ID verification + rental agreement required after booking

Our boat is not for guest use due to the liability. Our home does have a private locked closet for owner use only.
