Gorgeous Sunsets in this beautifully appointed Townhouse steps from the Beach

This 3 bedroom townhouse is absolutely stunning. This home was built for fun and relaxation. The living space is located on the second floor and all 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths are located on the third floor. Exquisitely decorated (think Restoration Hardware) the main living area features a large open living area, powder bath, dining table that seats 10 and an open kitchen with a huge island, high end appliances and a cocktail bar as well. There is also an office space with desk for those needing to work remotely. You will also find tons of windows, high ceilings, your own elevator and a private balcony facing the beach. The third floor features two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bath and a separate laundry room with sink. Also on the third floor is a serene master bedroom with beautifully appointed master bath and full walk in closet. There is also a small private desk in this area for "working from home" as well. Oh, and another balcony with views of the beach. On the ground floor is a two car garage and private back lanai area surrounded with lush tropical flora, gas grill and TV for dining al-fresco.

What a delight!

We hated to leave this home away from home! It was such a beautifully decorated and warm property with everything one would need. Ken was so wonderful and helpful to work with and responded to any question we had about the area. Beach access across the road is still not completely redone after last year’s hurricane but we just used the one a few more blocks down the road if we took a wagon to the beach. The beach is quiet and peaceful and very clean! We also visited John’s Pass while we were there and drove to downtown Tampa for a golf cart tour-both great fun! We wanted to take the trolley down to St. Pete but we could never get our times coordinated enough to catch it but it would be a good way to see things without trying to find parking. Wish we could have stayed longer and if we get back to the area, we will definitely rent this home again!

Awesome Trip To The Beach

The townhouse at Redington was everything described on the website and more. The property was very clean, newly updated, and was furnished better than any other property we have stayed at. The beach access is directly across the street and the garage has everything you need to head to the beach. There were a total of three couples in our group and we had more than enough room. I highly recommend this property.Rick C.

Stunning Home

We had such a wonderful stay and were very impressed by the property. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well furnished. It truly felt like home and was very comfortable. Host was very attentive prior to arrival with useful information about the area along with information on all items within the home. Our family had a great time and we would absolutely stay here again. The pictures truly are what you will be experiencing if you stay here. 5 stars through and through!

Amazing Townhouse

This place is set up for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is well stocked, close to great parks, across the street from the beach. We felt at home and loved our time in Redington Beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Beautiful Oceanview Home

The home is newly remodeled and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was appointed with high end appliances that made cooking for the family a delight. The property is situated across the street from the ocean with views of the ocean from the main areas of the home. Ken keeps the home stocked with necessities needed for a day at the beach. The property was worth the cost.

Great escape!

The property and their amenities were beyond our expectations. The place was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The owner was so considerate to help us with a slight problem in a timely fashion. The beach was great and very well manicured! We would stay here again and again!

Casa Everything!

This property was absolutely amazing in every way. Beautifully appointed and everything from top to bottom was high end. The pictures are exactly what you get in person. The property is directly across from the beach with beautiful views. One minute walk to paradise. Also, the house came with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay…beach chairs, towels, floats, tents, games etc. We were welcome to anything in the house including alcohol as long as we replaced. Furniture was unbelievably comfortable and welcoming. There was plenty of activities to do and public transportation at your door step. Owner was extremely friendly and responded quickly. Stunning vacation spot with all the comfort of home.
