The Space:

Enjoy panoramic Gulf views at this beachfront condo, located on the top floor (with no neighbors above). You’ll love the intimate Bungalow Beach Place complex - a boutique, nine-condo hideaway on soft white sands. Relax beneath coconut palms after a dip in the emerald waters!



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Top-of-the-line finishes include ultra-soft bamboo linens, pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, wood flooring, and high-end appliances and electronics. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen!



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Made it just in time for the sunset the first night- breathtaking!!! Easy check in, easy access to restaurants and stores. Great location!! My only suggestion would be to have more comfortable chairs outside the doors. Love just watching the waves. But, that is THE only thing!

Amazing Vacation

I stumbled upon this property on VRBO and it looked too good to be true. The property was beautiful, the beach is so close to the units, we had a fire every night of our stay and met some other couples. It is such a small quaint property that the beach in front of it is never crowded. We booked for next year before we even left.

We were so pleasantly surprised at Bungalow Beach Place. A very sweet place. The weather didn’t cooperste to use the water toys (waves were rough). but the fire pit was great. Everyone was friendly but respectful of each others space. I would highly recommend

A Great Place right on the beach!

Great Place, for two people, 3 if small child sleeps in small room on cushion. Very clean, very neat, everything as advertised. No dishwasher. Great view from covered porch of beach. Some cable issues and fridge not really cold. But 100% would stay there if returning.

Beachy Little Oceanfront Stay

This beachfront studio offered a wonderful, relaxing stay right on the ocean! We loved the small condo complex with great perks included - kayaks, paddle-boards, bikes all for shared use - so nice to use for an hour and not have to rent for a day. Grills and nice covered picnic tables allowed for outdoor dining as well as seating outside each unit to sit and view the ocean. This was a quiet area of the beach even during Spring Break, and there were nice restaurants, bakery, and coffee nearby. While the studio was compact, it offered all we needed including a well-appointed kitchenette, beachy decor, and updated furnishings - all clean and well cared for. We will definitely rent again, thanks!

Beautiful beach stay!!

This property is perfect for a couple’s getaway! The units were all full during our stay, but it was so quiet!! So close to the water, and the sunsets were beautiful!! Very clean and well appointed.

It was all about the beach

The beach was amazing! Pretty much empty. Beautiful sand and water. We made use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The life jackets were small and there was only one paddle board paddle, but still fun.

Paradise Gone Wrong

We splurged & booked 10 days here for a much needed vacation. Beware - no customer service! 1. Advertised recreation equipment was not usable - missing plug in the kayak, no paddle for the paddle board, no adult life jacket. We called to let them know - nothing was addressed. 2. Workers were outside our windows 6 out of the 10 days, creating a total lack of privacy, loud noises, rendering the use of our gulf view deck non existent - having to close our curtains to avoid workers staring in & even day after day fleeing our accommodations to seek quiet. 3. We contacted management 3 different times during our stay to politely convey our dissatisfaction because they asked us to communicate should anything merit a negative review. No one ever called us back. 😢 4. Others staying in the complex were also upset, complaining they did not get accommodations they were promised & the noise along with the lack of privacy was sorely disappointing. We understand there is a lot of work involved in maintaining a beachfront property. However, what about customer service to those who are paying customers?? As beautiful as the spot is, we would never stay here again or recommend this place to others.

Perfect for a short getaway weekend

This property is ocean front just steps away from beach. Studio Unit had access to beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, grills, and firepit. The unit was just as described; very clean. There was a refrigerator, stove/oven, & microwave in unit. Location is very close to a number of local restaurants. Cbeck in/check out process very easy. We would highly recommend this unit to others.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We loved everything about this place! Loved that it us right on the beach and you don't have pack a lot of extras because beach chairs, umbrellas, beach accessories are all included. Loved that there was an ice maker for our cooler. Our suite was very cute and cozy and Very Clean! We had a fantastic time. This was my 2nd time staying here and Ofcourse I will be back again. Only thing we could say that could be a little better would be adding some gravel to the parking lot since it seems to puddle a lot when it rains but this is very minor.

Perfect on Beach property

A lovely room with a full view of the beach and gorgeous sunset. Sugar sand was just a few steps from out room! The kitchen was fully equipped with a bigger than expected refrigerator, we were able to purchase food for our three day stay and not need to leave, which was just what we wanted. We had access to paddleboats, bikes, laundry facilities and ice machine, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful bungalow

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the beach bungalow. Being right on the beach, with access to beach loungers, chairs, paddle boards and kayaks made our trip even more memorable. The relaxing fire at night by the fire pit was the icing on the cake.
