Gulf front Corner Condo with Spectacular Views!


Come relax on the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach in this large 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo. It is a 2nd floor, corner unit that provides amazing ocean and sunset views from the privacy of your own screen porch. The condo is large and bright with open kitchen, dining, and living spaces. You will enjoy flat screens in all rooms. The master has a king-size bed, it's own bathroom, and a gorgeous view of the gulf. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin with a trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. You also have the convenience of in-condo washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. WE HAVE PROVIDED BEACH CART, CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, AND TOWELS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE! The Reflections property provides the perfect amenities such as heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and tennis/pickleball courts.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking permitted. Two week minimum stay per HOA.

Perfect spot at Indian rocks beach.

When we went, we had trouble with the coded lockbox to get the keys to the condo, we called the owner, and she responded right away and looked for answers for us. We ended up getting a locksmith to unlock the box for which the owner paid for. I called verbo and talked to two different gentleman and explained that the key situation to him and they both took my number and promised to call me right back and that was 15 days ago and I’m still waiting very disappointed in their help. The condo was well stocked with beach supplies, towels, bedding, dishes we did not need anything in that area. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was stunning! I would return to this condo over and over and over. It was awesome.

This was a great spot! The view and sunset made it so great. A little noisy with the pump and construction, but didn’t take away from our fun!

Great views of Sunsets

Property is very convenient to numerous restaurants and groceries . Current renovations are being done to outside of North building which had portion of the pool cordoned off but did not affect us directly as we were in the south building. Overall unit was nice . Bed was very comfortable which is an important feature for us. Bathrooms are in need of updating and the unit could use better lighting but overall we had a nice stay. Alicia was very responsive during the entire rental process.

wonderful property and even more wonderful new owner

Had never heard of Indian rocks Beach but a few locals said it is wonderful and it is. More wonderful is this property which, for some reason, VRBO had erased the existing 5-star ratings just because it has a new owner. She actually helped us resolve we had with VRBO and I don't know what we would have done without her. This is truly beachfront, well-stocked, on uncrowded beach, a super-comfortable king bed and beds for 3 more in 2nd bedroom. Great powerful showers! New owner has even provided a cart to take everything you need to the beach!! Plenty of chairs, towels, etc.. for the beach. New owner is already planning some updates to this already 5 star property. It was a "no-brainer" for us.

Beautiful Condo

Our family loved our 3 week stay in this beautiful condo! Alicia was great to communicate with and very quick to reply. Check-in was very simple. The unit was clean, updated and we enjoyed the lower 2nd floor since we didn't use the elevator much. Tons of beach towels, chairs, beach cart, umbrellas and all we needed to use in the sand. The location was perfect since we never get a car. We walked to all the restaurants within a mile and the Kooky Coconut almost every day/night for ice cream (you must get the toasted coconut). Trolley stop is directly in front of the condo. On the cooler days we enjoyed the boardwalk and playground directly across the street. We love renting directly with the owner since they tend to have a few more of the needed items on hand (garbage bags, spices, soap, etc). The building is being updated so we enjoyed the new lobby area. They have a large pool and hot tub we used every day too. Not a negative but just to note for future renters...you need a key for everything which is nice to keep the building secure. We did find it inconvenient to use a key to get out onto the beach so we took advantage of the public beach access right next to the building and just walked right onto the beach with the beach cart since we didn't have to hassle with stairs and keys/gates. The building does seem to have an "older" crowd so our two girls (8 and 11) weren't able to make any friends since there weren't any kids there. Overall we would recommend!
