Home Away from Home-Hamilton House 101 är en GUL-rankad hörn två sovrum, två-bad Gulf Front semesteruthyrning ligger i Indian Rocks Beach. Denna rymliga semesterbostad på första våningen (inte marknivå) har en härlig inredning och har en privat balkong vid Gulffront med utsikt över vår vackra sandstrand med vitt socker. Massor av balkongmöbler för att njuta av magnifika solnedgångar! Balkong är tillgänglig från både vardagsrummet och sovrummet!

Semesteruthyrning 101 erbjuder ett fullständigt, fullt utrustat kök komplett med apparater inklusive mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin, lager lådor och sk��p ... allt du behöver för att njuta av att äta hemma. Gratis trådlöst internet. Plattskärms-TV (kabel) i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen, telefon med gratis lokalsamtal och Wi-Fi finns också.

Sovrum inkluderar en KING i sovrummet och 2 dubbelsängar i det andra sovrummet. Båda badrummen har fåfängar med enkel handfat. Det finns en duschkabin i master badrummet och en badkar dusch combo i gäst badrummet. 101 har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Centralvärme och luftkonditionering och takfläktar.

Hamilton House Resort har bekvämligheter som Gulf Front-poolen, soldäck, kolgrill, gratis parkering, inre hissystem, trappor, toaletter vid poolen och utomhusdusch. Bekväm tillgång från både Tampa International och St. Indian Rocks Beach är beläget norr om Madeira Beach och söder om Clearwater Beach, och ligger centralt i närheten av några av de bästa attraktionerna i området.

En av de mest kända attraktionerna i närheten är Clearwater Beach's Pier 60 och dess underhållning under solnedgången. Andra attraktioner inkluderar John's Pass Village och Boardwalk, Clearwater Aquarium, Downtown St. Petersburg Arts District, Dunedin Scottish Village och Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks och Greek Village.

Och för fotbollsfans har vi våra Tampa Bay Buccaneers som spelar tvärs över bukten på Raymond James Stadium!

Och med nästan året runt spelbarhet, här i St. Pete / Clearwater, golfare kommer att hitta flera utmanande banor, med över 25 banor att välja mellan, Pinellas County är en golfspelare glädje!

Den Donald Ross-designade Dunedin Golf Club erbjuder en traditionell kurs till ett fantastiskt värde. Great beach view and location.

The condo was as described. We had a great view of the beach and it was just steps away. All of the amenities were great. We even found a few new favorite restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful spot and very comfortable condo

We have been vacationing in this area for quite some time. This is the first time we stayed at Hamilton House. We were very pleased with how nice the condo was!! Exactly as described and pictured. The beds are super comfy too. We were so excited to see there were beach chairs in the closet!! Plenty of bathroom towels and even beach towels! The balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets!! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great location right on the beach

Very good property right on the Gulf front with spacious balcony. Beds extremely comfortable. Problem with after hours check in promptly resolved by on call staff. Unfortunate issue with air con again resolved by property manager as quickly as was possible. Overall recommend this property and JC Resorts.

Love the building's location and this condo was very 's great that the balcony was over a grassy area rather than being over the pool, making for a quiet location. The bed rooms were very nice and everything we needed for our stay was available. Love that great restaurants like Guppy's and Keagans are just a walk away and love that we have. choice between the beach and pool.

Rental manager aattention to property

The unit was as advertised. When we had an immediate issue the Rental Manager promptly responded. That said the Manager needs to pay better attention to the routine matters, that is, light bulb replacement, synching the TVs with the cable boxes, the imbalance of the A/C throughout the unit, dish washing liquid and auto dishwasher detergent to meet a 3 week stay. If these matters were routinely addressed, 5 stars would be rightly earned.

Beautiful property

This is my second time staying at Hamilton House. The condo was beautiful and actually more modern than the pictures. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Close to restaurants and an easy trolley ride to Clearwater and Madeira Beach. The only negatives would be that there were only two functional beach chairs, both were old and uncomfortable. There was no cooler for the beach which would have been useful. The zero gravity chair on the balcony was also very uncomfortable. These were definitely small inconveniences. The week we stayed, there was a large group of 38 people at the property, so we were not able to enjoy the pool as they dominated the space all week. The property manager was very helpful when I spoke to her about the situation. I believe this was unusual, and it would not stop me from recommending this condo. It’s a beautiful place with a great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here last year, and it was amazing.this year I was a little disapointed are bedroom sliding glass door would not lock because it was broken. also every time we opened the screen door off the bedroom and front room it fell off, we had to keep putting it back up. I did call the office about it, and they said they would send someone to fix it but that never happened.also, the stairway to get upstairs the lock would never open so I had to send someone up the elevator to come down the stairs to open the door for me I am unable to take the elevator, so my only way up was using the stairs.then our last day staying there we had a maintenance guy walk into our condo he knocked but only waited a couple of seconds before he entered, and I had my young teenage daughter there that he walked in on.which I dont understand why he came that day to change the filter because the next morning we had to checkout by 10am and the next group of people would not be checking into 4:pm so why did he not wait to change the filter the next day when no one was staying there?

Great vacation at Hamilton House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this was very clean and updated with very nice furnishings. The location is excellent, less than 45 minutes from Tampa airport, good parking facilities, nice pool area (heated pool), beautiful beach. Across the street there is an Italian restaurant (TJ's), pizza joint (Chicago Jaqx), seafood restaurant (Keegan's) and about 1 to 2 blocks away a locals bar (Hurricane Eddies) and small grocery/convenient store. Lots of other restaurants and shopping up and down the road. Had to make a few phone calls before check in to verify some info and everyone I spoke with was professional and very friendly. Key codes for all entries. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys, a couple of chairs and small umbrella to use in one of the closets, no cooler, although we brought our own collapsible one. Well stocked kitchen, provided small bath soaps and some starter TP. It's really nice to have ocean/beach view from the primary bedroom as it shares the large balcony. Plenty of storage space in the drawers and hangars in the closet. Great shower in the primary bath. We spent a lot of time on the balcony gazing at the beach/ocean. Would stay here again. Enjoy!
