Harborview Grande 202 husdjursvänlig Waterfront Condo

    Söt utsikt över Intra-kustvattnet från balkongen i full längd, hela vägen över Memorial Causeway Bridge till centrala Clearwater. Utsikt över viken från ytterdörren. Leta efter delfiner!

    Smarta, bekväma och eleganta möbler i hela med kabel-TV i alla sovrum samt i vardagsrummet.

    Harborview Grande byggdes 2006 och erbjuder en uppvärmd pool på plats, november till mars. Du har tilldelat parkering, och tillgången till enheterna är via säkrade inträde.

    Du är centralt belägen för alla typer av restauranger och butiker samt två kvarter från den vita sandstranden. Bara en 15 minuters promenad till Pier 60 och Marina. Kom och njut!

    Poolen är uppvärmd november till mars.

    Du måste vara 25 år för att boka några av våra hem. Den som bokar hemmet måste också vara en av de boende.
    Lördag till lördag bokning endast under månaderna februari, mars, juni, juli och aug. En vecka minst vistelse.

    Ett litet husdjur med endast godkännande. $ 140 återbetalningsbar husdjur avgift krävs.

Clearwater do condo

Overall a very nice place to stay. I requested a lighted Christmas tree and was pleasantly surprised we had one along with Christmas music upon arrival. Really loved the thoughtfulness. Nice and clean and quiet, pool was nice and warm. Location was great, we could walk to pier and felt safe at night.

Big Condo, Great Location

We usually stay further down and avoid busy Clearwater Beach but this location would do a Wed to Wed stay so we went for it. Although you are close to everything being on the bayside made it feel more private. You could walk to tons of restaurants, mini golf and of course the beach. We only traveled with 3 people but this condo would be great with more it was huge compared to most in the area with higher end finishes and the building was very quiet. The pool was clean but on the smaller side, it didn't stop us from enjoying it.

Great condo in heart of Clearwater Beach

Condo was large, clean, and nicely furnished. Unit has great covered parking, a large balcony, and ceiling fans in every room. The condo was stocked well with utensils, pans, cleaning supplies, beach accessories ( boogie boards, pails, beach towels, etc). I was a little concerned about the second floor, but it was awesome. Great view of the bay, easy to walk one flight down and not rely on the elevator. One of the absolute best features is the amazing water pressure in the master bath. The only small upgrade i would want is a bigger tv in the living room. Definitely will book again. You will be very happy booking 202!

My family and I were impressed with Harbour view Grand and this particular unit. There were a couple of suggestions that we left for the owners, but nothing that would prevent us from coming again. Very clean and well laid out. Great views of the harbor. Take the elevator up to the 8th floor balcony for amazing sunset views. Easy walk to the beach (1/4 mile) and close to shops and restaurants. Don't miss the awesome putt putt course just south behind the gas station.

If you like loud, noisy, and.....

Property was just ok. Although, very noisy. The AC Unit is very lound, the mattresses need replaced asap, kitchen knives are dullest I ever touched. The Unit has bare minimums and needs deep cleaning. Its surface clean, but needs some serious dusting and wiping. The location is fine if you like noise, restaurants, drunk people, loud cars, thin walls of the building make it difficult to sleep. I would never pick this location again or anything close by because of the named above. The mattresses need replacements asap. Our backs broke. They are so indented that if you tend to roll over, you roll right back. Also, I was getting reminders by the agency to clean after ourselves and clean all my dishes before I go, despite the huge cleaning fee. I am not a pig, far from that, but seriously!!!! I am not coming back to Clearwater area. This was my 4th time, but had enough to last me life after staying at Clearwater beach area for the first time. Would not recommend Clearwater Beach area if you like quiet, rest, privacy, etc. Too many people at this building were drunk and loud on their balconies until late night. This was one of the longest vacations ever. Could't wait to leave the area. Not for everyone I guess. Overrated in my humble opinion.

Family vacation

We had a great time staying at Harborview Grande! It was the perfect size place with all amenities necessary for our week long stay. Our only issue is that the chase lounger in the living area was broken on arrival so it cut down on sitting space. We can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay!

Clearwater Beach Family Vacation

We had a great week stay at Harborview Grande! It was our third time staying in the building and this unit certainly did not disappoint. Our only issue was connecting to the WiFi, which was not resolved for the week. Nonetheless, this listing was a perfect match.

Was a very nice place. We would stay again, but would recommend that they get more wash clothes. The other down side was the pool is very small and therefore the water was like a hot tub. The condo was really nice and we loved seeing the dolphins swimming as we watched from the balcony !!!

This was my first experience with VRBO.... I am hooked................... it was easy and seamless; everything had been thought out, the staff were professional, the condo was spotless and had everything you would need and the location was super. My nephew had lots of fun in the pool. I visit Clearwater annually and by far this was my best trip. Many Thanks/Marie

Best Vacation Ever!

Our condo was so nice that my teenage kids actually thought I was cool for a change. It was big, fancy, clean with a great view of the Marina and inlet. We went on the Little Toot and actually saw dolphins. We ate at Crabby Bills, Frenchy's, Palm Pavilion and Post Corner Pizza . We had breakfast and lunch at the condo. The pool was great after getting back from the beach. We enjoyed the street performers at Pier 60. My favorite part was going to the beach at 8:00 to watch the sunset. We kept going back night after night. My wife liked having the whole family together for a get away. My son is 20 so we don't know how many more of these trips we will have. We took lots of pictures so we will always be able to remember this trip. Hopefully that wasn't our last trip to Clearwater Beach and Harborview Grande.
